 ՀՀ կառավարությունը ավտոճանապարհներին տեսախցիկների արձանագրած խախտումներից ստացվող միջոցներն ուղղում է զոհված ազատամարտիկների և զինծառայողների անօթևան ընտանիքների, ինչպես նաև առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների անօթևան և բարելավման կարիք ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդրի լուծմանը: Այդ նպատակով կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարեց ՀՀ ԿԱ Ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության արտաբյուջետային ֆոնդի օգտագործման ուղղություն սահմանելու, ՀՀ 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեում և կառավարության 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի համապատասխան որոշման մեջ:

«Որոշման ընդունումը պայմանավորված է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հաստատված ծրագրով զոհված, մահացած և հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման հանգամանքով: Որոշման նպատակը պայմանավորված է Ճանապարհներին տեղադրված տեսախցիկների միջոցով արտաբյուջե հավաքագրվող գումարների վերաբաշխումը, որով լուծվում է զոհված ազատամարտիկների և զինծառայողների անօթևան ընտանիքների, ինչպես նաև առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների անօթևան և բարելավման կարիք ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրը: Յուրաքանչյուր տարի կառավարությունը բյուջետային ծրագրով այս հարցը լուծում է 500 մլն դրամի շրջանակում, այս փոփոխությամբ, կատարելով ՀՀ նախագահի հանձնարարականը, կլուծվի բոլոր ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Հաջորդ տարի ծրագիրը կուղղվի երկրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող զինծառայողների խնդիրների լուծմանը:     

Անդրադառնալով որոշմանը՝ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց. «Շատ լավ գործ է»:
