Ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի եւ նորածնի մահվան գործով դատական նիստն այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին, հետաձգվեց:

Երեւանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում 1 ժամ տեւած ընդմիջումից հետո պետք է շարունակվեր ամբաստանյալ Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի հարցաքննությունը, սակայն, պարզվեց, որ տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Մարինե Թովմասյանն այլ դատարանում նիստի էր եւ չէր կարողացել գալ: Դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանը որոշեց նիստը հետաձգել եւ նշանակել հուլիսի 11-ին: Այդ օրը կշարունակվի Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի հարցաքննությունը:

Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդել էր, որ «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի բժշկուհի Շուշանիկ Բախշյանը 2015թ. հուլիսի 23-ին հեռախոսակապի միջոցով տեղեկացել է, որ իր հսկողության տակ գտնվող հղի Մերի Մարգարյանն ունեցել է բարձր ջերմություն եւ վերջինիս խորհուրդ է տվել ընդունել «Պարացետամոլ» դեղահաբ։ Հաջորդ օրը հղի կնոջը հրավիրել է բժշկական կենտրոն հերթական կոնսուլտացիայի համար եւ տեղյակ լինելով Մերի Մարգարյանի բարձր ջերմություն ունենալու մասին՝ չի հոսպիտալացրել նրան: Հուլիսի 27-ին, երբ Մերի Մարգարյանը ստացիոնար բուժում է ստացել «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ում, առավոտյան ժամը 09.00-ից սկսած, արյան բիոքիմիական եւ մնացած հետազոտությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է արագ ընթացող եւ հղիության հետ կապված զարգացող փոփոխություններ, որի պայմաններում չի կատարվել կյանքի ցուցումով անհապաղ ծննդալուծում, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ կեսարյան հատման միջոցով, ինչի հետեւանքով առաջացած բազմաօրգանային անբավարարությունից հուլիսի 29-ին Մերի Մարգարյանը մահացել է, իսկ հաջորդ օրը մահացել է նաեւ նրա նորածին դուստրը:

Այս գործով երկու մեղադրյալ կա՝ «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի բժշկուհիներ Շուշանիկ Բախշյանն ու Անի Բաբելյանը:
