ԵԼՔ դաշինքից պատգամավոր ընտրված Արամ Զավենի Սարգսյանը երեկ մի միտք էր հայտնել, ըստ որի Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետացումը խոչընդոտելու հարցով գնդակը հանրության դաշտում է:

Նմանատիպ հայտարարությամբ հանդես էր եկել նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՝ կառավարության ծրագրի ժամանակ, երբ Կարեն Կարապետյանին քավության նոխազ հռչակելուն զուգահեռ, փորձում էր մատնանշել Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության վերարտադրությունը կասեցնելու ճանապարհը ՝ փողոցային պայքարը:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ ԵԼՔ անդամները սկսել են մտահոգվել Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերարտադրությամբ հիմա, բայց երբ քննարկվում ու քվեարկվում էին սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները նրանցից շատերը պասիվ էին ու լուռ, իսկ Փաշինյանն, ընդանրապես, այդ ամենը համարում էր կեղծ օրակարգ ու պայքարում ոչ թե սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեմ, այլ բանավեճի էր բռնվել այդ փոփոխությունների դեմ պայքարողների, մասնավորապես Կոնգրեսի հետ:

Հանրության վրա պատասխանատվություն գցելը շատ հեշտ է: Ընդհանրապես, երկրի բոլոր ձախողումները կարելի է գցել հանրության վրա: Սակայն հարց է ծագում, այդ դեպքում ում են պետք քաղաքական ուժերը, եթե ամեն ինչ հանրությունը պետք է ինքնուրույն որոշի: Ընդունենք, ԵԼՔ-ում նոր են հասկացել սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների վտանգը, ինչու չեն իրենք սկսում Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերարտադրմանը խոչընդոտելու գործընթաց: Սրա փոխարեն նրանք գնդակը գլորում են հանրության դաշտ, իրենց վրայից գցելով պատասխանատվությունը: Միաժամանակ փորձում են Կարեն Կարապետյան-Սերժ Սարգսյան հակադրության վրա խաղալ, հույս ունենալով, որ ՝ Կարապետյանը տեղի կտա ու դեմարշ կսկսի Սարգսյանի դեմ:

Ակնհայտ է մի բան, որ ԵԼՔ-ն այս պահին ոչ թե հանդես է գալիս որպես քաղաքական սուբյեկտ ու ինքնուրույն օրակարգ իրացնող, այլ փորձում է իշխանության ներսում առկա կոնֆլիկտների ու հանրության մոտ առկա սոցիալական դժգոհության վրա խաղալով, հերթական գոլը խփել՝ արագ ու միանգամից, առանց երկկարատև ընդդիմադիր գործունեության: Սա շատ նման է անցյալ տարվա հուլիսին, երբ ՔՊ-ն թևերը քշտած հասավ ՊՊԾ գնդին հարող տարածք ու փորձեց իր վրա վերցնել հանրային դժգոհությունը: Թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ դրանից հետո, շատ հուզիչ էր:
