Ֆրանսուա Օլանդն առաջարկել է սկսել ԼՂ հակամարտության համապարփակ խաղաղ համաձայնագրի մշակման աշխատանքները

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ու Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Փարիզում տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների ժամանակ հայտնել է Ֆրանսիայի հավատարմությունը՝ շարունակելու միջնորդի դերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը հասնելու գործում:

Դրանում նշված է, որ փարիզյան բանակցությունները երկու ամիս առաջ արձանագրված լարվածության ֆոնին թույլ տվեցին վերսկսկել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների ուղղակի բանակցությունները: Օլանդն ընդգծել է լարվածությունը թուլացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Համաձայն ֆրանսիական կողմի՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները պայմանավորվել են Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջոցով փոխանակել հակամարտության ընթացքում անհետ կորածների տվյալները:

Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը կոչ է արել ակտիվացնել բանակցային ջանքերը և միջազգային սկզբունքների ու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում գտնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության երկարատև հանգուցալուծումը: Միաժամանակ, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն անընդունելի է համարել ստատուս քվոյի պահպանումը: Օլանդը կոչ է արել կողմերին ցուցաբարել անհրաժեշտ քաղաքական կամք՝ հաղթահարելու տարաձայնությունները և իրենց ժողովուրդներին պատրաստելու խաղաղության: Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն ընդգծել է առաջընթաց արձանագրելու անհրաժեշտությունը և առաջարկել սկսել համապարփակ խաղաղ համաձայնագրի մշակման աշխատանքները:

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները պայմանավորվել են շարունակել երկխոսությունը, մասնավորապես կրկին հանդիպել 2015 թվակաների սեպտեմբերին Նյու Յորքում կայանալիք ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի շրջանակներում:

Հայաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները բանակցությունների ավարտին տեղի ունեցած ընթրիքի ընթացքում քննարկել են կովկասյան տարածաշրջանի ավելի լայն խնդիրներին և Ֆրանսիայի հետ հարաբերություններին առնչվող հարցեր:
