EuFoA-ի տնօրեն Դիոգոի Պինտոն և ԵԽ մի շարք պատգամավորներ հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շփման գծում վերջին դեպքերի առնչությամբ: Հայտարարությունում ասված է.

«Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում հակամարտության սրացման մասին փաստող վերջին դեպքերը, որոնք, ցավոք, կրկին մարդկային կորուստների պատճառ դարձան, խիստ մտահոգիչ են մեզ բոլորիս համար, քանի որ մենք հավատում ենք խաղաղության և փոխըմբռնման արժեքներին: Այդ առիթով, մենք մեր ցավակցությունն ու զորակցություն ենք հայտնում զոհվածների հարազատներին և ընկերներին:

Զահրա Գուլիևան և նրա տատիկը՝ Սահիբան, Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետևանքով գրանցված վերջին լարվածության հերթական զոհերն են: Ադրբեջանի համար սովորական գործելաոճ է դարձել կրակ բացել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ուղղությամբ քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերին շատ մոտ դիրքերից (այդ գործելաոճը մեծապես քննադատվում է Ժնևի Կոնվենցիայով, և ինքնին համարվում է պատերազմական հանցանք)` վտանգի տակ դնելով սեփական բնակիչներին:

Այս երկու անունները ավելանում են հայ և ադրբեջանցի բոլոր այն զոհված քաղաքացիական և զինվորական անձանց ցուցակին, որոնք անդառնալի գին են վճարել միջազգային հանրության անտարբերության և ձախողման հետևանքով, քանի որ չեն կանխվել Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման փորձերը:

Անցյալ տարվա «քառօրյա պատերազմին» հաջորդող շրջանում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հրաժարվեց համաձայնություն տալ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մոնիթորինգային հնարավորությունների ընդլայնման առաջարկին, ինչի հետևանքով Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն ուժեղացրեց իր հակահայկական քարոզչությունը և մեծացրեց պատերազմի սպառնալիքների ինտենսիվությունը՝ ուղղված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի դեմ, այլև ակտիվացրեց սադրիչ գործողությունները:

Սա Բաքվի պատասխանն է երկրի ներսում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների և մամուլի ազատության սահմանափակման վերաբերյալ արտաքին քննադատություններին և ճնշումներին, ինչպես նաև վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանի՝ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններին զենք վաճառելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների տարածմանը:

Մենք կոչ ենք անում անմիջապես սաստել Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ագրեսիան, և վերահաստատում ենք մեր այն համոզմունքը, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է խաղաղ լուծում ստանա՝ տեղի ժողովրդի ազատ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հիման վրա: Սա միակ ուղին է՝ դադարեցնելու երկու կողմերի շրջանում քաղաքացիական և զինվորական անձանց հետագա հնարավոր մահվան դեպքերը:

Մենք նաև կոչ ենք անում Եվրոպական Միությանը ակտիվորեն նպաստելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության լուծմանը՝ աջակցելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին և առկախելով քաղաքական համագործակցությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ առ այն, քանի դեռ այդ երկիրը շարունակում է խախտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը և ոտնահարել մարդու իրավունքները:
