9-ամյա Մարիա Սաուտուոլայի հետաքրքիր բացահայտման ու դրա հետ կապված իրադարձությունների մասին պատմող «Ալտամիրա» ֆիլմի ցուցադրությամբ հուլիսի12-ին «Ոսկե ծիրան» կինոփառատոնի շրջանակում բացվեց Բրիտանական կինոյի շաբաթը:

«Գաղափարը և սցենարը ինձ փոխանցվել է կինոնկարի գլխավոր հերոսի նախապապերից մեկը: Սովորաբար նման գործեր չեմ անում, բայց շատ հավանեցի քարանձավները, որոնք տեսա Ֆրանսիայում և Ալտամիրայում: Սա պատմություն է մարդու և նրա ընտանիքի մասին, որը բացահայտում է այդ պատկերները: Ինձ գրավել է այն, որ հերոսն անմեղ է, բայց Ֆրանսիայում և Իսպանիայում քաղաքական  հայացքների զոհ է դառնում»,- նշեց կինոռեժիսոր, «Ոսկե ծիրան» կինոփառատոնի ժյուրիի նախագահ, օսկարակիր ռեժիսոր Հյու Հադսոնը:

1879 թվական. կանաչ բլուրների, ձյունածածկ գագաթների և հյուսիսային Իսպանիայի տպավորիչ ափեզրի միջև 9-ամյա Մարիա Սաուտուոլան հոր`սիրող հնագետ Մարսելինոյի հետ բացառիկ բան է հայտնաբերում, մի բան, որ կփոխի մարդկության պատմությունը: Խոսքը վաղնջական քարանձավային արվեստի նմուշի մասին է. քառատրոփ սլացող բիզոնի արտակարգ թարմաշունչ ու կատարյալ պատկերներ: Սկզբում ամեն ինչ լավ է ընթանում, նույնիսկ թագավորն է ժամանում քարայրով հիանալու, բայց Մարիայի մայրը` գեղեցիկ ու բարեպաշտ Կոնչիտան, միակը չէ, ում խռովում է այն միտքը, թե նախապատմական շրջանի վայրենիները կարո՞ղ էին նման հոյակապ արվեստ ստեղծել: Կաթոլիկ եկեղեցին տասը հազար տարվա վաղմության հավակնող արվեստի նմուշը դիտարկում է որպես անաստված ռացիոնալիստների հարձակում աստվածաշնչյան ճշմարտության վրա: Զարմանալիորեն գիտնականները ևս դոգմատիկ ու հետադիմական վերաբերմունք են ցույց տալիս: Փաստերն ուսումնասիրելու փոխարեն նախապատմական շրջանի առաջատար մասնագետ Կարտայլակը կեղծ գտածոյի մեղադրանք է ներկայացնում Մարսելինոյին: Մարիայի հեքիաթային աշխարհը հետզհետե մթնում է, և հորն օգնելու նրա ճիգերը միայն վատթարացնում են վիճակը: Ընտանիքը հայտնվում է ճգնաժամի մեջ, իսկ քարանձավը կողպում են: Միմյանց հանդեպ ունեցած ամբողջ սերն է միայն ի զորու նրանց համար ճամնապարհ հարթել դեպի փրկություն և ճանաչում:

«Ոսկե ծիրան» միջազգային կինոփառատոնը Երևանում տեղի ունեցող ամենամեծ մշակութային իրադարձություններից մեկն է: Հիմնվել է 2004 թվականին` «Ոսկե ծիրան» կինոյի զարգացման հիմնադրամի, Կինոգետների և կինոլրագրողների հայկական ասոցիացիայի կողմից։ «Ոսկե ծիրան»-ի հիմնադիրներն են փառատոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն կինոռեժիսոր Հարություն Խաչատրյանը, ծրագրերի տնօրեն, կինոքննադատ Միքայել Ստամբոլցյանը և գեղարվեստական տնօրեն, կինոքննադատ Սուսաննա Հարությունյանը։
