ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեն սկսել է սեյսմակայուն շինարարության 4 նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի գնման գործընթացը:

ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «88-ի երկրաշարժից հետո հարկ եղավ վերանայել սեյսմակայուն շինարարությունն իրականացվող օրենսդրության և սեյսմակայուն շինարարության ոլորտը կարգավորող նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերը: Արդյունքում վերամշակվեց օրենսդրական դաշտը, համաձայն որի, հանրապետության տարածքում իրականացվող շինարարության համար սահմանվեց սեյսմակայունության 9 և ավել բալանոց սանդղակ՝ նախկինում եղած 7 բալանոց սանդղակի փոխարեն:

Այսօր Հանրապետության տարածքում սեյսմակայուն շինարարությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված ՀՀՇՆ II-6.02–2006 «Սեյսմակայուն շինարարություն. Նախագծման նորմեր» պահանջների համաձայն, որոնք տարածվում են նոր, վերակառուցվող և երկրաշարժերից տուժած և վերականգնման ենթակա բնակելի, հասարակական, արտադրական, տրանսպորտային և հիդրոտեխնիկական շենքերի ու շինությունների նախագծման վրա: Սեյսմակայուն շինարարության նախագծման նորմերի բաղկացուցիչ մաս է կազմում ՀՀ տարածքի սեյսմիկ գոտիավորման քարտեզը, որի համաձայն հանրապետության տարածքը բաժանված է երեք` ըստ ուժգնության աճող հաջորդականությամբ 1, 2, 3 սեյսմիկ գոտիների: Հանրապետության տարածքում շենքերի և շինությունների նախագծումն իրականացվում է ըստ սեյսմիկ գոտիավորման քարտեզի` տվյալ տարածքում սպասվող սեյսմիկ ազդեցության մակարդակին համապատասխան:

ՀՀ տարածքում, այդ թվում Երևանում` քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերը մինչև դրանց սահմանված կարգով համաձայնեցումն ու հաստատումը, ենթակա են փորձաքննության:

ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մասնագետների կողմից կազմվել է ՀՀ տարածքում գործող քաղաքաշինության բնագավառի առաջնահերթ վերանայման, մշակման (տեղայնացման) ենթակա նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը, իսկ կառավարության 2017 թվականի արձանագրային որոշմամբ հավանության է արժանացել նորմատիվատեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի մշակում (տեղայնացում) ծրագիրը, որի համաձայն 2017-2019 թվականների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել միջազգային նորմերին համահունչ թվով 8 փաստաթղթերի մշակում (տեղայնացում):

Կոմիտեի նախագահի 2017 թվականի մարտի 6-ի N31-Ա հրամանով հաստատվել են այդ ուղղությամբ 2017 թվականին իրականացվելիք միջոցառումները, որոնց համաձայն մեկնարկել է 4 նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի գնման գործընթացը:

Այդ փաստաթղթերի ցանկում է «Բնակչության սակավաշարժուն խմբերի և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար շենքերի և շինությունների մատչելիության ապահովման նախագծման կանոնների հավաքածու» շինարարական նորմը»:
