Մեր օրերի տեխնոլոգիական առաջընթացը կարող է լիովին փոխել ավանդական տնտեսության գաղափարը, մասնավորապես, զգալիորեն նվազեցնելով ավանդական էներգակիրների՝ նավթի ու գազի նշանակությունը, համոզված են ամերիկյան փորձագետները, հաղորդում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»:

Միացյալ Նահանգների Կոնգրեսի շենքում տեղի ունեցած մարդու իրավունքների Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողովի լսումների ընթացքում Եվրոպական քաղաքականության վերլուծությունների կենտրոնի փոխնախագահ Փիթեր Դորանը նշել է, որ նավթի եւ գազի ռազմավարական նշանակության նվազեցումը ազդում է ոչ միայն դրա վաճառքից կախված Ադրբեջանի ու Ռուսաստանի վրա. «Նույնիսկ հարուստ Սաուդյան Արաբիան կարող է մի օր իրավիճակում հայտնվել, երբ իրենից նավթ գնել ցանկացողներ այլեւս չլինեն»:

Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը, Վրաստանը, Եվրամիությունը, Միացյալ Նահանգները եւ Թուրքիան, որն ի դեպ, այդ դեպքում կկարողանար Հայաստանի հետ բացել սահմանները»:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, յուրաքանչյուր երկիր պետք է ստույգ քայլեր ձեռնարկի սեփական էներգետիկ անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար, նշում է Ռազմավարական եւ միջազգային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի վերլուծաբան Էդվարդ Չոն. «Անշուշտ, հեշտ է մեղադրել Ռուսաստանին: Ռուսաստանը կարծես թե ցանկանում է շրջապատված լինել թույլ եւ կախյալ հարեւաններով, սակայն, երկրներն իրենց ներսում նույնպես բարեփոխումներ պետք է կատարեն»:

Վերլուծաբանի խոսքով, էներգետիկ անվտանգություն կառուցելու համար առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է գրավել արտերկրյա ներդրողներին եւ ընկերություններին, ինչն իր հերթին պահանջում է կոռուպցիայի դեմ լուրջ պայքար եւ իրական մրցակցային տնտեսության հաստատում:
