 Ուսումնական գործընթացում դպրոցներում էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսների օգտագործման համար Հայաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը կիրառել է հեռավար ուսուցման մոդել և նպատակ ունի զարգացնել այն հատկապես սահմանամերձ գյուղերում։ 
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ԿԳՆ աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Արշակյանը նշեց, որ արդի կրթությունն առանց էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսների օգտագործման շատ դժվար է։ 
«Կառավարության ծրագրերում և գերակայությունում կա հատուկ կետ, որը նախատեսում էր զարգացնել առհասարակ ուսումնական գործընթացում էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսների օգտագործումը։ Այս առումով բավականին մեծ աշխատանք է կատարված նախարարության կողմից՝ կիրառել ենք հեռավար ուսուցման մոդել։ Ներկայումս 11 մենթոր դպրոց և շուրջ 40 համագործակցող դպրոցի միջև այդ կապը հաստատված է։ Այժմ կա հատուկ էլեկտրոնային հարթակ, որտեղ տեղադրված են էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսներ, որոնք օգտագործվում են դպրոցների կողմից։ Նպատակ կա այս ամենն ավելի զարգացնել հատկապես հեռավոր սահմանամերձ գյուղերում, որտեղ ուսուցիչների պակաս կա, և առհասարակ մեծացնել և արդիականացնել էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսների օգտագործումը կրթության գործընթացում»,- ասաց Արշակյանը։ 
«Դասագրքերի շրջանառու» հիմնադրամի կողմից ուսումնասիրվել է համաշխարհային փորձը, կատարվել է բավականին լավ վերլուծություն։ Այն կոչվում է «Ուսումնական գործընթացում էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսների օգտագործման միջազգային փորձի ուսումնասիրություն»։ 
«Դասագրքերի շրջանառու» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Գոռ Գասպարյանը նշեց, որ միջազգային փորձի ուսումնասիրությունն իրականացրել են երեք անհատ, այնուհետև միացել են մանկավարժ-հոգեբաններ։ 
«Ուսումնասիրություն կարարողները միմյանց հետ նյութը ամփոփելուց հետո ձևավորել են մի փաստաթուղթ, որը մենք դրել ենք հանրային քննարկման»,- ընդգծեց Գոռ Գասպարյանը։ 
Էլեկտրոնային կրթական ռեսուրսների ներդրման նպատակը ուսուցման գործընթացում սովորողների ակտիվ ներգրավվածության ապահովման և ուսուցչի մասնագիտական հմտությունների զարգացման միջոցով ուսուցման արդյունավետության բարձրացումն է։
