ԵՄ-ն քննադատել է Ռուսաստանի եւ Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներն ընդլայնելու ԱՄՆ մտադրությունը

Եվրամիությունն ԱՄՆ-ին զգուշացրել է Ռուսաստանի եւ Իրանի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցների միակողմանի խստացման հարցով՝ Վաշինգտոնի գործողություններն անվանելով «ներքաղաքական պատկերացումներով թելադրված»: Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցչի հայտարարությունը, որը կատարվել է ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում Ռուսաստանի եւ Իրանի դեմ նոր պատժամիջոցների նախագծի քվեարկության նկատմամբ ընթացակարգային տարաձայնությունների կապակցությամբ:

ԵՀ ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, որ հանձնաժողովը մտահոգված է, որ ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում քննարկվող միջոցառումները կարող են անկանխատեսելի հետեւանքներ ունենալ, այդ թվում՝ նաեւ եվրոպական տնտեսական եւ էներգետիկ շահերի համար:

Lenta-ն նշում է, որ ԵՄ-ն Վաշինգտոնին կոչ է արել իր գործողությունները շարունակել համակարգել «Յոթի խմբի» գործընկերների հետ եւ նախազգուշացնել անկանխատեսելի հետեւանքների մասին: Բրյուսելում ընդգծում են այն բանի կարեւորությունը, որպեսզի «բոլոր հնարավոր նոր միջոցները համակարգվեն միջազգային գործընկերների միջեւ՝ պատժամիջոցների նկատմամբ համախմբվածությունը պահպանելու համար, որը դրված է Մինսկյան համաձայնագրերի լիակատար իրականացման ջանքերի հիմքում»:

Ավելի վաղ Գերմանիան եւ Ավստրիան արդեն հանդես են եկել «Հյուսիսային հոսք-2» գազատարի կառուցման նախագծին մասնակցող եվրոպական ընկերությունների դեմ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու ԱՄՆ ծրագրերի խիստ քննադատությամբ եւ պատասխան միջոցառումներով են սպառնացել:

Հուլիսի 22-ին Միացյալ Նահանգների բարձրագույն օրենսդիր մարմնի կայքում հրապարակվել է օրինագծի տեքստը: Միջոցառումները պետք է վերաբերեն ռուսական տնտեսության նավթագազային եւ բանկային հատվածներին: Փաստաթղթով, մասնավորապես, նախատեսված է հակազդեցություն «Հյուսիսային հոսք-2» նախագծին:
