Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն անդրադարձել է կիսակառույց շինություններին և քաղաքաշինական ծրագրեր իրականացնելու նպատակով տարիներ առաջ տրամադրված այն տարածքների խնդրին, որտեղ դեռևս չեն մեկնարկել ստանձնած պարտավորությունների համաձայն ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացումը: 

«Մենք պարբերաբար անդրադառնում ենք այս խնդիրներին, սակայն սայլը տեղից գրեթե չի շարժվում: Եվ բնական է, որ նման իրավիճակը մեզ չի կարող բավարարել: Մեր դիրքորոշումն այս հարցում հստակ է. ցանկացած ներդրող, կիսակառույց շինության վարձակալ կամ սեփականատեր և, ընդհանրապես, բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր հստակ պարտավորություններ ունեն Երևան քաղաքի նկատմամբ, պետք է լիարժեք կատարեն դրանք: Մենք պարտավոր չենք անվերջ հանդուրժելու ոմանց կողմից քաղաքի հանդեպ դրսևորվող նման անպատասխանատու վերաբերմունքը: Այս հարցում պետք է լինել ավելի կոշտ ու պահանջել, որ կատարեն իրենց ստանձնած պարտավորությունները կամ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում օրենքով սահմանված կարգով նախաձեռնեք իրավական գործընթաց՝ այս խնդիրը վերջնականապես լուծելու համար», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանն ու աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության, իրավաբանական վարչություններին, ինչպես նաև վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է վերոնշյալ տարածքների ու շինությունների խնդրի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկել համապատասխան քայլեր:
