Դերասան Արմեն Ջիգարխանյանի 36-ամյա կինը՝ Վիտալինա Ցիմբալյուկ-Ռոմանովսկայան, կես միլիոն դոլարով բնակարան է գնել Ռուբլյովկայի վրա: Վիտալինան նոր բնակարանի մասին պատմել է  Starhit-ի հետ հարցազրույցում:
Օգոստոսին 81-ամյա դերասանը եւ նրա կինը կտեղափոխվեն ընդարձակ հարկաբաժին: Նրանք միասին են 15 տարի, սակայն ամուսնացել են միայն անցյալ տարի: Նախկինում նրանք բնակվում էին Կրասնոգորսկու վրա գտնվող մեկսենյականոցում, սակայն հարսանիքի նախօրեին Վիտալինան որոշել է ընտանիքի ունեցվածքում լուրջ ավանդ կատարել եւ կես միլիոն դոլարով 134 ք.մ. մակերեսով երեքսենյականոց բնակարան է ձեռք բերել Ռուբլյովսկու խճուղում:
