Կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆը շարունակում է ակտիվորեն փոխգործակցել ԱՄՆ Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի հետ՝ ի աջակցություն «Հազարամյակի մարտահրավերներ կորպորացիա»-ի կողմից Հայաստանի դպրոցներում գիտության, տեխնոլոգիաների, ճարտարագիտության և մաթեմատիկայի դրամաշնորհային ծրագիր իրականացնելու:  

«Վրաստանում իրականացված 140 մլն դոլարի դրամաշնորհային ծրագիրը կարող է լինել հաջողված աշխատանքային օրինակ՝ նմանատիպ կրթական ծրագրային փաթեթ Հայաստանում իրականացնելու համար, որը կտրուկ աճ է արձանագրում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում»,- ասել է ԱՄՆ Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ղեկավար Րաֆֆի Համբարյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ «Հազարամյակի մարտահրավերներ կորպորացիա»-ի կողմից Հայաստանում 100 մլն դոլարի կամ ավելի մեծ ներդրումը կնվազեցնի աղքատությունը, կստեղծի տնտեսական հնարավորություններ, կամրապնդի Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի կապերը ու կբերի դիվիդենտներ ապագա սերունդների համար:

Իր հերթին, Ադամ Շիֆը նշել է, որ կորպորացիայի կողմից Հայաստանում 2006 թվականից իրականացված գյուղական տարածքների զարգացման 170 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ ծրագիրը եղել է շատ հաջող կապիտալ ներդրում, որպեսզի կրճատվի աղքատությունը գյուղական շրջաններում: «Գտնում եմ, եկել է նոր պայմանագրի ժամանակը՝ ուղղված կրթությանը, որպեսզի օգնենք Հայաստանին անել հաջորդ քայլը տնտեսական կայուն աճի և միջին խավի զարգացման ուղղությամբ: Վերջին ժամանակներս ես շատ քննարկումներ եմ ունեցել ԱՄՆ Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի և Հայաստանի դեսպանության հետ, թե ինչպես շարժվենք առաջ այս կարևոր հարցի շուրջ: Եվ ես անհամբերությամբ սպասում եմ աշխատանքի շարունակությանը՝ շահագրգիռ բոլոր կողմերի հետ սերտ համագործակցության, որպեսզի Հայաստանն իրականացնի բոլոր քայլերը»,- ասել է Շիֆը:

Կոնգրեսի և ԱՄՆ նախագահի վարչակազմի հետ քննարկումների հետ մեկտեղ ԱՄՆ Հայ դատի հանձնախումբը բանակցություններ է վարել նաև ԱՄՆ համալսարանների հետ, որոնք շահագրգռված են համագործակցել «Հազարամյակի մարտահրավերներ կորպորացիա-Հայաստան» ծրագրի շուրջ:
