ՀՀ կառավարությունը համաձայնություն տվեց «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի (ՀԷՑ) կողմից Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկից (ՎԶԵԲ) և Ասիական զարգացման բանկից (ԱԶԲ) վարկային միջոցներ ներգրավելու նպատակով, որպես ապահովման միջոց սեփականության իրավունքով «Տաշիր Կապիտալ» ՓԲԸ-ին պատկանող ՀԷՑ-ի կանոնադրական կապիտալի 69,9999594 տոկոսը կազմող՝ 172496 հատ սովորական բաժնետոմսերի գրավադրման հարցին:

Այդ մասին հարցն ընդգրկված էր կառավարության հուլիսի 27-ի նիստի օրակարգում: ՀՀ կառավարության սույն որոշման նախագծի հավելվածով հաստատվեց ՀԷՑ-ի բաժնետոմսերի գրավադրման պայմանների համաձայնությունը և հանձնարարվեց ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարին՝ ստորագրել համաձայնությունը:

Համաձայնության ուժի մեջ կմտնի և վավերական կդառնա միայն եթե ՎԶԵԲ-ի և ԱԶԲ-ի հետ կնքվելիք՝ ՀԷՑ-ի բաժնետոմսերի գրավի պայմանագրերի համաձայն գրավի առարկայի վրա բռնագանձում տարածելու կարգում ներառվեն պայմաններ, որոնցով կբացառվի բաժնետոմսերի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքի փոխանցումը առանց ՀՀ կառավարության և ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի գրավոր համաձայնությունների:
