ԱԺ պատգամավոր Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը' «Բուռնաշը», «Հրազդան Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ-ում կառավարական օթյակում խոհանոցային եւ հավաքարարների աշխատանքները կառավարող Լիանա Շահբազյանից իր գումարը ստանալու նպատակով դիմել է դատարան, սակայն դեռ հաջողության չի հասել: Գրում է «Ժողովուրդ»-ը:

Դեռ որ 2013թ. «Հրազդան Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ-ի նախկին աշխատակից Լիանա Շահբազյանը հաղորդում էր ներկայացրել ԱԺ պատգամավոր Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանի դեմ' նշելով, թե վերջինս սպառնացել է վերացնել իրեն եւ աղջկան, իսկ փեսան էլ առեւանգել է իր անձնական օգտագործման «Պորշ Կայեն» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան: Ավելի ուշ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Լիանա Շահբազյանը Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանին պարտք է շուրջ 20.200 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Նա ոստիկանությունում հայտարարել էր, որ Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանի աշխատասենյակում պարտքի վերադարձման հետ կապված խոսակցություն է եղել, եւ պատգամավորը սպառնացել էր, թե 2.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կտա մեկին, որ իրեն ու աղջկան' Դիանա Շահբազյանին, վերացնեն: Ուստի տիկինն էլ, վտանգ զգալով եւ վախենալով սպառնալիքներից, դիմել էր իրավապահներին:

Այս գործը սկզբում գտնվում էր հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթում, սակայն ավելի ուշ ՀՔԾ-ն գործը վերադարձրել էր ոստիկանության քննչական մարմիններին, քանի որ քաղաքացի Լիանա Շահբազյանի հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՔԾ-ում նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում բավարար հիմքեր ձեռք չէին բերվել պատգամավոր Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանի կողմից դիմումատուի հասցեին սպանության սպառնալիքներ տալու վերաբերյալ:

Ու մինչ ոստիկանությունն էլ կհասցներ գործը կարճել, Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը ժամանակ չէր կորցրել քաղաքացիական հայցով դիմել դատարան, որպեսզի օրինական ճանապարհով հետ ստանար իր գումարը:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզեց, որ այս աղմկալի պատմությունից կարճ ժամանակ անց Աժ պատգամավոր Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը 2013թ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին դիմել է Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան' պահանջելով Լիանա Շահբազյանից գանձել 20.200 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Բացի այդ՝ պատգամավորը պահանջել էր արգելանքի տակ դնել Լիանա Շահբազյանին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող անշարժ գույքը՝ Երեւանի Պարոնյան փողոցի 9-րդ շենքի թիվ 40 հասցեում գտնվող նկուղը, որպեսզի այն բռնագանձելու միջոցով հնարավոր լիներ տիկնոջից ետ ստանալ պարտքը:
