Խուլիգանության եւ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով  ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են 2 տասնյակից ավելի հափշտակության դեպքեր:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հունվարի 28-ին՝ ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում, Երեւան քաղաքի 29-ամյա բնակիչը, Երեւանի բժշկական կենտրոններից մեկում  ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է կնոջ հետ՝ բարձր հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել ինչպես կնոջ, այնպես էլ բուժաշխատողների հասցեին: Տղամարդուն հանդարտեցնելու համար միջամտել է հիվանդանոցում պետական պահպանություն իրականացնող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը, սակայն տղամարդը շարունակել է հայհոյել, դանակով սպառնացել եւ բռնություն է գործադրել ոստիկանության աշխատակցի նկատմամբ:

Քրեական գործով կատարված բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 29-ամյա տղամարդու եւ վերջինիս ընկերների մասնակցությամբ տեղի են ունեցել 2 տասնյակից ավելի հափշտակություններ:

Մասնավորապես՝ 2016թ. նոյեմբերից մինչեւ 2017թ. հունվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 29-ամյա տղամարդը իր 2 ընկերների հետ տարբեր վայրերից՝ ճանապարհներին տեղադրված սուրճի սարքավորումներից, խանութներից, կատարել են մի շարք հափշտակություններ եւ հափշտակությունների փորձեր:

Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել կատարված հափշտակությունների բոլոր հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի: 29-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի, 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի, 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով (15 դրվագ), 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով (6 դրվագ), 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետերով: 1 անձի՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ), 38-34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 38-34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով, 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով (11 դրվագ) եւ 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով (21 դրվագ), իսկ երրորդ անձին՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով (11 դրվագ) եւ 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով (18 դրվագ): Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, եւ քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
