ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Հարությունյանն օգոստոսի 7-ին, աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության ղեկավար կազմի մասնակցությամբ:

Հերթական ամենամսյա աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ընթացքում, ի կատարումն ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի՝ նախորդ խորհրդակցության ընթացքում տված հանձնարարականի՝ Ծառայության իրավասու ստորաբաժանման ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է կատարված աշխատանքները և մշակված առաջարկությունները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության միջազգային հարաբերությունների և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ծառայության ղեկավարին զեկուցվել է, որ հարկադիր էլեկտրոնային աճուրդին մասնակցել ցանկացող քաղաքացիների համար մշակվել է գործողությունների հաջորդականությունը պարզ ու մատչելի լեզվով ներկայացնող հուշաթերթ:

Գործողությունների հաջորդականությունից զատ՝ հուշաթերթում հստակ նշված են այն քայլերը, որոնք պահանջվում են հարկադիր էլեկտրոնային աճուրդին մասնակցած և հաղթող ճանաչված քաղաքացուց: ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը ևս մեկ անգամ ուշադրություն է հրավիրել Ծառայությունում հարկադիր էլեկտրոնային աճուրդի իրականացման ընթացակարգի բարելավմանը:

Կառույցի ղեկավարին զեկուցվել են նաև քաղաքացիների համար Ծառայության գործառույթներն առավել հասանելի ու բաց դարձնելուն ուղղված հանձնարարականի արդյունքները: Ծառայության միջազգային հարաբերությունների և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետը զեկուցել է, որ մշակվել է իրազեկման հերթական տեսահոլովակը կատարողական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվող վճարումների կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ, որը մոտ օրերս կդրվի շրջանառության մեջ:

Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ Ծառայությունը շարունակական աշխատանք է տանում նոր միջոցներ ու կառուցակարգեր ներդնելու ուղղությամբ, որոնք կդյուրինացնեն մեր քաղաքացիների համար համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն ստանալու, վճարման և այլ պայմանները:

Ըստ ամենամսյա աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության օրակարգի՝ Արմեն Հարությունյանին են զեկուցվել նաև կատարողական վարույթների շրջանակներում իրականացվող կատարողական գործողություններին առնչվող այլ առանցքային հարցեր: Ամփոփվել է 2017 թվականի հուլիս ամսվա ընթացքում հարուցված, ավարտված ու կարճված կատարողական վարույթների վերաբերյալ վիճակագրությունը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Ծառայության բաժինների կողմից իրականացված բռնագանձումների ծավալին՝ համեմատականներ անցկացնելով ինչպես նախորդ ամսվա, այնպես էլ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի վիճակագրական ցուցանիշների հետ:
