 Ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ օգոստոսի 11-ի երեկոյան Խնձորեսկ գյուղի բնակիչներ Սամսոն Ա.-ի և Գևորգ Շ.-ի միջև տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում հնչել են կրակոցներ: 

Ինչպեստեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից, ահազանգով դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանության ծառայողները պարզել են դեպքի հանգամանքները, մասնավորապես, որ օգոստոսի 11-ին, ժամը 17.30-ի սահմաններում, 1970 թվականին ծնված Վարդուշ Հ.-ն վիճաբանել է 2001 թվականին ծնված Հարութ Շ.-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում Վարդուշ Հ.-ի ամուսինը` 1966 թվականին ծնված Սամսոն Ա.-ն, ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում նախ հրել ու գետնին է գցել Հարութ Շ.-ի տատին, այնուհետև փայտով հարվածել է նրա մորը` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք, որի ընթացքում 1997 թվականին ծնված Գևորգ Շ.-ն հորը` 1971 թվականին ծնված Արմեն Շ.-ին պատկանող «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» ավտոմեքենայից վերցնելով իրեն պատկանող պնևմատիկ ատրճանակը՝ 2 կրակոց է արձակել օդ, իսկ ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում, երբ  մյուս կողմը հայհոյանքներ է տվել և քարեր նետել, Գևորգ Շ.-ն ատրճանակով սպառնացել է, որ կսպանի ու կատարել է 3 կրակոց նրանց ուղղությամբ:
