Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան ավիատոմսերի թանկացումը կապված է նախատեսված քանակից ավելի պահանջարկի առկայության հետ: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ քաղավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը: «Մենք ամեն օր կապի մեջ ենք ավիաընկերությունների հետ, այսօր էլ որոշ արձագանքների ենք սպասում հավելյալ չվերթների մասով: Պետք  է բոլորս հասկանանք, որ չվերթ ավելացնելու համար տվյալ ավիաընկերությունը պետք է ունենա ազատ օդանավ: Գնային քաղաքականության մասով մենք մշտապես ասել ենք, որ ուղղակիորեն գնային քաղաքականության վրա չենք ազդում, մենք կարող ենք ունենալ անուղղակի ազդեցություն՝ շնորհիվ մրցակցության ավելացման: Պետք է կամ նստատեղերի քանակը, կամ օդանավերի քանակն ավելացնել»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Ավետիսյանը: 

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ, 2017թ. 7 ամսվա կտրվածքով ուղևորահոսքը ավելացել է շուրջ 30 տոկոսով: «Այս տարվա 7 ամսվա կտրվածքով ևս մի շատ հետաքրքիր վիճակագրություն ունենք՝ ներգնա հոսքերն ավելի շատ են, քան արտագնան: Այսինքն՝ մեր երկիր ավելի շատ մարդ է եկել, քան գնացել է: Սա ևս խոսում է  այն մասին, որ չնախատեսված պահանջարկի ավելացում է եղել»,- նկատեց Ավետիսյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ավիաընկերությունները տեսնելով այս ամենը, հաջորդ տարվա համար պետք է համապատասխան քայլեր անեն:
