ԱՀ և ՀՀ վարչապետները ծանոթացել են Թալիշի վերականգնման աշխատանքներին

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ոչ պաշտոնական այցով Արցախում գտնվող ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ, օգոստոսի 16-ին այցելել է Ասկերանի, Մարտունու և Մարտակերտի շրջաններ, եղել Մատաղիս և Թալիշ համայնքներում:

 Ինչպես   տեղեկանում ենք ԱՀ  կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների գործադիր իշխանությունների ղեկավարներն Ասկերանի և Մարտունու շրջաններում ծանոթացել են ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի միջոցով նռան այգիների և ծխախոտի դաշտերի մշակությանը: Այցի ընթացքում ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգի առավելությունների և առանձնահատկությունների մասին համապարփակ ներկայացմամբ երկու վարչապետների համար հանդես է եկել ԱՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Գևորգ Վերանյանը:

Վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ հաշվի առնելով ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը՝ Արցախի կառավարությունը խրախուսում և աջակցում է բոլոր այն տնտեսավարողներին, ովքեր ցանկություն ունեն իրենց այգիներում տեղադրել այդ համակարգը: Այնուհետև վարչապետներ Հարությունյանն ու Կարապետյանը ուղևորվել են Մարտակերտի շրջան, եղել Մատաղիս և Թալիշ համայնքներում: ԱՀ և ՀՀ վարչապետները, ԱՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանի և Մարտակերտի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավար Վլադիկ Խաչատրյանի ուղեկցությամբ, ծանոթացել են Թալիշում ընթացող շինարարական աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև տեղում քննարկել համայնքի զարգացմանը վերաբերող մի շարք ծրագրեր: «Թալիշի վերականգնման ծրագիրը գտնվում է մեր ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Անցած տարվա ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմագործողությունների հետևանքով գյուղի բնակչությունը ստիպված է եղել լքել սեփական տունուտեղը: Այսօր մեր խնդիրն է անվտանգության բավարար և սոցիալ-տնտեսական գրավիչ պայմաններ ապահովել, որպեսզի ապագայում թալիշցիներն այլևս հարազատ օջախը լքելու խնդիր չունենան»,- ասել է վարչապետ Հարությունյանը:

Ա. Հարությունյանը և Կ. Կարապետյանը Մատաղիսում այցելել են նորաբաց հանգստյան գոտի, որտեղ ծանոթացել են Մատաղիսի ջրամբարի հարևանությամբ օտարերկրյա ներդրմամբ ստեղծված հանգստի ու ժամանցի պայմաններին:
