 Հայաստան բժշկական տուրիզմի նպատակով այցելությունների թիվն այս ամառ նախորդ տարիների համեմատ աճել է: Օգոստոսի 19-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում այս մասին հայտնեց Մխիթար Հերացու անվան Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի դիմածնոտային վիրաբուժության ամբիոնի դոցենտ, «Միքայելյան վիրաբուժական ինստիտուտ»-ի պլաստիկ ու դիմածնոտային վիրաբուժության բաժնի վարիչ Հայկ Ենոքյանը: «Բժշկական տուրիզմը Հայաստանում կայացած ոլորտ է և տարեցտարի այս նպատակով զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքն աճում է: Արտասահմանից շատ զբոսաշրջիկներ  Հայաստան են գալիս են հենց բժշկական սպասարկում ստանալու նպատակով, ընդ որում՝ տուրիստները ոչ միայն ազգությամբ հայեր են, այլ նաև այլ ազգերի ներկայացուցիչներ:Նախկինում եթե միայն սփյուռքահայերն էին, ապա հիմա նաև այլ ազգությունների զբոսաշրջիկներն են գալիս: Աշխարհագրությունը շատ մեծ է, բժշկական տուրիզմի նպատակով Հայաստան են գալիս Շվեդիայից, Դանիայից, եվրոպական այլ երկրներից, Իրանից, ԱՄԷ-ից և այլն»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Ենոքյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝  Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջիկներին հետաքրքրող հիմնական պլաստիկ վիրահատությունը քթի վիրահատությունն է: Ըստ նրա՝ օտարերկրացի գործընկերներն արդեն ընդունում են, որ Հայաստանի բժիշկները քթի վիրահատության հարցում գերազանցել են բոլորին. «Եթե մի վիրահատություն շատ ես անում, արդեն ավելի շատ հմտություններ ես ձեռք բերում»,- ընդգծեց Ենոքյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Հայաստանում կարողանում են պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների համար մրցակցային գին պահել: Հայկ Ենոքյանը նկատում է, որ Եվրոպայի և ԱՄՆ-ի համեմատ Հայաստանում պլաստիկ վիրահատությունները մի քանի անգամ մատչելի են:

«Փսիլայֆ» հոգեբանական աջակցման կենտրոնի ղեկավար, հոգեբան Լիլիթ Խաչատրյանն էլ նշեց, որ արտերկրից ժամանում են Հայաստան ո՛չ միայն ատամնաբուժության և պլաստիկ վիրահատություններ իրականացնելու, այլ նաև հոգեբանական խորհրդատվություն ստանալու նպատակով։ Հոգեբանական խորհրդատվության համար հիմնականում ժամանում են Իսրայելի, Բելգիայի, Անգլիայի, Ռուսաստանի հայերը:
