ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել դատական համակարգի ներկայացուցչի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, վերջինիս կաշառք տալու եւ կաշառքի միջնորդության դեպքերի առթիվ:

ՀՔԾ-ից  հայտնում են, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա. Ս.-ն հաղորդում է տվել, որ իր հայրը սեփականության իրավունքով իրեն պատկանող տունն ու հողամասը 2005 թվականին վաճառել է այլ անձանց: Հետագայում պարզվել է, որ գույքը վաճառելու ժամանակ տեղի ունեցած սխալի պատճառով առուվաճառքի պայմանագրում նշվել է այլ գույք, որի պատճառով հայրը դիմել է դատարան՝ հիշյալ պայմանագիրը լուծարելու համար, սակայն ներկայացված հայցը մերժվել է:

Ա. Ս.-ն միաժամանակ հայտնել է, որ իր հոր ծանոթը` ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող Ա. Ա.-ն, 2014 թ.-ի ամռանը վերը նշված խնդիրը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի դատավորին եւ վերջինիս հետ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել կաշառքի դիմաց իրենց օգտին վճիռ կայացնելու վերաբերյալ: Դրանից հետո հայրը որպես կաշառք դատավորին փոխանցելու նպատակով Ա. Ա.-ին է տվել 10.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար: Հետագայում պարզվել է, որ Ա. Ա.-ն այդ գումարից 3.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը վերցրել է իրեն, իսկ մնացած` 7.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը փոխանցել դատավորին:

Այսպիսով, դատավորի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու եւ կաշառքի միջնորդության ենթադրաբար տեղի ունեցած հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ եւ 3-րդ կետերով, 312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
