Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ Խոսրովի արգելոցում բռնկված հրդեհի պատճառով: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսի ընթացքում, պատասխանելով օգտատերերից մեկի հարցին, ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ իր պաշտոնը քաղաքական է, հետևաբար որևէ գործողություն կամ հրաժարական քաղաքական գործընթաց է ենթադրում: «Ես զբաղեցնում եմ այս պաշտոնը՝ լինելով ՀՅԴ անդամ, ինչպես նաև Հանրապետության Նախագահի որոշմամբ», - նշեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ինքը չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ երկու պատճառով. նախ այն, որ անգործության դրսևորում նախարարության կողմից չկա, երկրորդ՝ ոլորտում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու վճռականություն է տեսնում:

Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հավելեց, որ խնդրի վերաբերյալ քննարկում է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ: Նրա խոսքով` առաջիկայում կներկայացնեն իրավիճակի վերլուծությունն ու առաջարկվող մոտեցումները:

Նախարարը խոսեց նաև տեխնիկական վերազինման անհրաժեշտության մասին: «Ընդհանրապես, ցանկացած երկրում էլ տեխնիկական վերազինման կարիք  լինում է: Մեզ մոտ դա ավելի ցայտուն է արտահայտվում: Այն, որ մենք տեխնիկական վերազինման կարիք ունենք,  միանշանակ է: Մենք մտադիր ենք առաջիկայում դրամաշնորհային համաձայնագիր կնքել, որը կուղղվի տեխնիկական միջոցների ձեռքբերմանը: Մենք պետք է հակահրդեհային տեխնիկական միջոցներ ձեռք բերենք` նաև հաշվի առնելով մեր ռելիեֆը»,- ընդգծեց Մինասյանը:
