ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լեւոն Ալթունյանը հանդիպել է Սյունիքի մարզի առողջապահության կազմակերպիչների հետ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին առողջապահության նախարարությունից, Լեւոն Ալթունյանը ներկայացրել է քննարկվելիք հարցերի շրջանակը, որոնք բխում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի՝ մարզեր կատարած այցերի ընթացքում տրված հանձնարարականներից։

Մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի առողջապահության և սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետ Նունե Գևորգյանը ներկայացրել է մարզի առողջապահության համակարգի իրավիճակը, բժշկական ծառայությունների բարելավման ուղղությամբ կատարվելիք քայլերը, ինչպես նաև խնդիրները:

ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Նելսոն  Զուլոյանը նշել է, որ նախատեսվում է երկրի վարչապետի հերթական այցելություն Սյունիքի մարզ, և շատ կարևոր է, որ նրա կողմից տրված հանձնարարականները կատարված լինեն։

Բժշկական կենտրոնների ղեկավարներն առավել հանգամանալից ներկայացրել են իրենց կողմից իրականացվող քայլերն ու դրանց տված արդյունքները։

Մեղրու տարածաշրջանային ԲԿ-ի տնօրեն Լուսինե Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ թե՛ ծառայությունների որակի բարելավման, թե՛ ֆինանսական միջոցների տնտեսման ուղղությամբ զգալի արդյունքներ է տվել ներքին օպտիմալացումը և Ագարակի ու Մեղրու պոլիկլինիկական ծառայությունների տեղակայումը կենտրոնի շենքում։

Ներքին օպտիմալացում իրականացվում է նաև Սիսիանի ԲԿ-ում։ Այստեղ հրաժարվել են մայրապետների ծառայություններից, 2-3 նեղ մասնագետի հետ աշխատում է մեկ բուժքույր։

Կապանի ԲԿ-ի տնօրեն  Կարեն Մելքոնյանի խոսքով՝ իրենց մոտ ավանդույթ է դարձել մայրաքաղաքից առաջատար նեղ մասնագետներին հրավիրելը, ովքեր տեղի բժիշկներին փոխանցում են իրենց փորձառությունն ու հմտությունները։ Միաժամանակ շահում են կապանցիները` տեղում ստանալով անհրաժեշտ բժշկական ծառայությունը։ Դրանով մեծանում է հիվանդների հոսքը, ավելանում` հիվանդանոցի ֆինանսական մուտքերը։ Այժմ աշխատանքներ են տանում նոր ծառայություններ ծավալելու ուղղությամբ։

Նելսոն Զուլոյանը Սյունիքի առողջապահության կազմակերպիչների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է ոլորտում շրջանառվող ստվերային գումարները սպիտակ դաշտ բերելու խնդրի վրա։

«Այս ուղղությամբ վարչապետի հանձնարարականը հստակ է, և պետք է անվերապահորեն կատարել։ Եթե այդ ճանապարհին այնպիսի մեխանիզմներ կամ առաջարկներ ունեք, որոնցում նախարարությունը կարող է իր դերակատարությունն ունենալ, ապա պատրաստենք ենք համագործակցելու»,-շեշտել է աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են կառավարության ծրագրերի առողջապահության բաղադրիչի իրականացմանը, այդ թվում, էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգը ողջ ծավալով գործարկելուն, բժիշկների վերամասնագիտացմանն առնչվող և այլ հարցեր։
