ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Նոր Հաճնում 60-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան հանգամանքները. ձերբակալվել է վերջինիս քրոջ որդին:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017 թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին ժամը 09:30-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ Նոր Հաճն քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունենում:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ-քննչական խմբի կողմից նշված բնակարանի ննջասենյակներից մեկի անկողնում՝ անգիտակից վիճակում, հայտնաբերվել է Նոր Հաճն քաղաքի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1957 թ., ով հանդիսանում է ՌԴ քաղաքացի, ազգությամբ հայ, և տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում: 60-ամյա տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Օգոստոսի 25-ին բժշկական կենտրոնից վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը տեղեկացվել է, որ 60-ամյա տղամարդը՝ ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է:

Ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու մահվան հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է տուժողի քրոջ 31-ամյա որդին: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 2017 թ. օգոստոսի 23-ին ժամը 22:00-ից 23:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 31-ամյա տղամարդը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ՝ հայհոյելու պատճառով, վիճաբանել է իր մորեղբոր հետ, ծեծի ենթարկել նրան՝ ձեռքերով հարվածներ հասցրել նրա գլխին և մարմնին, ապա ձեռքով սեղմել պարանոցը:

Բացի այդ, պարզվել է նաև, որ 31-ամյա տղամարդը պարբերաբար բռնություն է գործադրել քեռու նկատմամբ:

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

 

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
