ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել սգո սրահում շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով 4 անձի սպանության համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով այսօր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 1967թ. ծնված Թելման Քալաշյանին՝ շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով 4 անձի սպանության,  սպանության փորձ կատարելու, ապօրինի զենք ու ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու համար։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը կից տեղակայված սգո սրահում օգոստոսի 1-ին տեղի ունեցած առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը։

Այսպես՝ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 4 տարի առաջ՝ 2013 թվականին, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ Թ.Քալաշյանը, տոկոսով 75.000 (յոթանասունհինգ հազար) ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար է տվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում բնակվող Խուդոյան եղբայրներին: Պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ եղբայրները երկու տարվա ընթացքում Թելման Քալաշյանին մաս-մաս տվել են ընդհանուր 45.000 (քառասունհինգ հազար) ԱՄՆ դոլար, սակայն հետագայում իրենց ձեռնարկած առևտրային գործունեությունը ձախողվելու պատճառով չեն կարողացել վճարել տոկոսադրույքները և վերադարձնել հիմնական գումարը, ինչի մասին տեղեկացրել են Թելման Քալաշյանին:

Չընդունելով բերված պատճառաբանությունները՝ Թելման Քալաշյանը պարբերաբար դիմել է հինգ եղբայրների բարեկամներին և ընկերներին, այդ թվում՝ Գերման Քյարամյանին՝ ակնկալելով իր գումարը և տոկոսադրույքները ստանալու հարցում նրանց միջամտությունը: Հերթական անգամ՝ 2017թվականի օգոստոսի 01-ին՝ առավոտյան, Թելման Քալաշյանը գումարային պահանջով հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Գերման Քյարամյանի հետ: Խոսակցությունը վերածվել է վիճաբանության, որի ընթացքում հնչել են փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ։

Տեղեկանալով, որ Գերման Քյարամյանը, ինչպես նաև Խուդոյան հինգ եղբայրների բարեկամները և ընկերները գտնվում են ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ համայնքի գերեզմանատանը կից տեղակայված սգո սրահում և մասնակցում են եզդիների՝ «Խեր» ազգային ծիսակատարությանը, «ՎԱԶ 21214» մակնիշի 97 SZ 777 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով նա գնացել է Շամիրամ համայնք: Հասնելով նշված վայր՝ Թ.Քալաշյանը հրազենով զինված մուտք է գործել սգո սրահ, հայհոյել, ապա կրակոցներ արձակել սրահում գտնվող բազմաթիվ անձանց ուղղությամբ՝ միաժամանակ փորձելով ամբոխի մեջ գտնել Գերման Քյարամյանին:

Արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով 4 անձ մահացել է, ևս 7-ը՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։  Դեպքից հետո  Թելման Քալաշյանը դիմել է փախուստի, որի ընթացքում կրակոցներ է արձակել նաև իր փախուստը կանխելու և բռնելու նպատակով իրեն հետապնդող քաղաքացու նկատմամբ, ով ականատես էր եղել սգո սրահում կատարված ողբերգությանը։

Շուրջ 24 օր հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Թ.Քալաշյանն այսօր հայտնաբերվել է և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչն այսօր նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և հարցաքննել դեպքի շուրջ։ 

Որոշում է կայացվել միջնորդություն ներկայացնել դատարան՝ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը վերահաստատելու համար։

Միաժամանակ հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված տվյալները՝ գրություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական վարչություն՝ ՔԿՀ-ում մեղադրյալի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ։
