Շիրակի մարզպետարանում կնքվել է նոր հուշագիր՝ ի նպաստ մարզում փոքր ու միջին ձեռարկատիրության զարգացման:

Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը և «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն՝ Հակոբ Անդրեասյանն օգոստոսի 28-ին ստորագրել են համագործակցության հուշագիր: Համաձայն հուշագրի, կողմերը միավորելու են իրենց ջանքերը ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման, համայնքների բարեկեցության բարձրացման և զբոսաշրջության խթանման նպատակով: «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ» ՓԲԸ մարզի տարածքում կազմակերպելու է ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտների համար բիզնես դասընթացներ և այլ միջոցառումներ: Մարզպետարանն իր հերթին աջակցելու է բանկին բացահայտելու և թիրախավորելու դասընթացների հնարավոր շահառուներին:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Շիրակի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության ու հասարակության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով, որ հուշագրի ստորագրման արարողությունից հետո կողմերը հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ: «Պետությունը և մասնավոր հատվածը, գիտակցելով մարզի ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման կարևորությունը, համայնքների, մարզի և ամբողջ երկրի համար միավորում ենք մեր ջանքերը` օժանդակելու մարզում գործող փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին, ավելի կոնկրետ` «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ» ՓԲԸ-ի մեր գործընկերները փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների համար կազմակերպելու են դասընթացներ և այլ միջոցառումներ: Համագործակցության արդյունքում մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ կբարձրանա ձեռնարկությունների արդյունավետությունը, կառավարման հմտությունները, կավելանան ձեռնարկությունների շրջանառությունը և եկամտաբերությունը, կավելանան աշխատատեղերը, և կբարձրանա ձեռնարկությունների սոցիալական պատասխանատվությունը հասարակության առջև: Ուրախալի է, որ այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում առավելագույն ուշադրություն է դարձվելու նաև զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը: Բոլորին ցույց տալու համար մենք ունենք թե պատմական, թե բնական հետաքրքիր վայրեր, սակայն անհրաժեշտ է որպեսզի կարողանանք ճիշտ ներկայացնել այդ ամենը, ստեղծել զբոսաշրջային պրոդուկտ, մարկետինգային ճիշտ քաղաքականության միջոցով հրապուրել թե հայաստանցի և թե արտասահմանցի զբոսաշրջիկների»,-իր խոսքում նշել է Շիրակի մարզպետը:

Պատասխան ելույթում բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը կարևորել է այն բոլոր դասընթացներն ու սեմինարները, որոնք նախատեսվում են հուշագրի շրջանակներում: «Շիրակի մարզում մեզ համար առավել հետաքրքրական ուղղություններն են գյուղատնտեսությունը, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրությունը և, մասնավորապես, հավատարիմ մնալով կառավարության որդեգրած ծրագրերին` զբոսաշրջության զարգացումը: Կլինեն տարբեր տեսակի սեմինարներ, դասախոսություններ, գործնական պարապմունքներ, որոնց ընթացքում համապատասխան գիտելիքներ կտրվեն մեր ձեռնարկատերերին: Հավատարիմ մնալով մեր որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը` մենք շարունակելու ենք նման դասընթացները Շիրակի մարզում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության այլ մարզերում: Այս օրը մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, որովհետև նման համագործակցության հուշագիր պաշտոնական առումով առաջին անգամ ենք ստորագրում, ինչը անշուշտ խոսում է այն մասին, որ մենք պետք է ավելի պարտավորված լինենք և կանենք ամեն ինչ, մեզ համար չափազանց կարևոր տարածաշրջանում բիզնեսը զարգացնելու համար »:
