 ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կողմից մշակվել է «Կամավորական գործունեության և կամավոր աշխատանքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, ինչպես նաև այդ նախագծի կարգավորումներից բխող՝ «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մաuին», ««Բարեգործության մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մաuին» և «Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մաuին», ««Պետական տուրքի մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մաuին», ««Արխիվային գործի մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մաuին» ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերը:  Նախագծերի փաթեթը ներկայացված է  նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքէջում հետևյալ հղումով:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  մինչև ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել «Կամավորական գործունեության և կամավոր աշխատանքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի հանրային և մասնագիտական քննարկումներ:
