Ղազախստանի մայրաքաղաք Աստանայում WorldSkills International-ի շրջանակում  տրվել է նոր`WorldSkills Eurasia համագործակցության մեկնարկը: Նախագծում ընդգրկված են Հայաստանը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, Բելառուսը և Ղազախստանը: Վերոնշյալ չորս պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների միջև Աստանայում ստորագրվել է WorldSkills Eurasia-ի ստեղծման մասին հռչակագիր, որին ներկա է գտնվել WorldSkills International-ի նախագահ Սայման Բարտլին: Հռչակագրից բացի, ստորագրվել է նաև համագործակցության հուշագիր, որով, մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է ներդնել մասնագիտական հմտությունների գնահատման միասնական համակարգ, որը կճանաչվի ԵՏՄ բոլոր երկրներում: Հուշագիրը նախատեսում է նաև աջակցություն Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության քաղաքացիներին` կադրային ներուժի զարգացման շրջանակում աշխատանքի արդյունավետության և մասնագիտական կատարելագործման բարձրացման նպատակով:  Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը կներգրավի WorldSkills Eurasia-ն` որպես միության անդամ-երկրների տնտեսությունները կադրերով համալրման գործիք:  Այդ մասին Աստանայում պայմանավորվել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը և WorldSkills International-ի նախագահ Սայման Բարտլին: «Սա գերազանց միտք է ոչ այնքան WorldSkills-ի առաջնությունների առումով, որքան անդամ երկրների մարդկանց ներգրավվածության և ցուցաբերած մասնագիտական  որակների առումով, որը համապատասխանում է միջազգային բոլոր չափանիշներին»,-նշել է WorldSkills International-ի նախագահ Սայման Բարտլին:  «ՄԿՈՒ համակարգը և մասնագիտական կադրերի պատրաստումը կարիք ունեն արդիականացման` հաշվի առնելով ներկա դարաշրջանում ՏՀՏ ոլորտում իրականացվող փոփոխությունները և աշխատաշուկայի  մարտահրավերները: Կրթությունը պետք է համապատասխանեցնել տնտեսության պահանջներին:
Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ըստ պահանջարկի մասնագիտական կադրեր ապահովել ԵՏՄ տարածքի աշխատաշուկայի համար: Այդ նպատակով իրականացվում է ուսումնասիրություն, որի արդյունքում կորոշվեն բոլոր այն ընկերությունները, որոնք հետաքրքրված են կադրերի ներգրավման հարցերով: Մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացման և կադրային ներուժի զարգացման շրջանակում համագործակցությունը կմշակվի WorldSkills-ի չափորոշիչների և մեթոդիկաների հիման վրա:  Այս հարցում իրենց աջակցությունը կբերեն ինչպես միջկառավարական մարմինները և կազմակերպությունները, այնպես էլ ԵՏՄ-ն, Եվրասիական տնտեսական կոմիտեն, Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը և Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը»,-նշել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության նախնական /արհեստագործական/ և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության վարչության պետ Արտակ Աղբալյանը` ընդգծելով, որ FutureSkills նախաձեռնության շրջանակումկիրականացվեն նաև, այսպես ասած,  ապագա մասնագիտությունների կանխատեսման աշխատանքներ:

Ակնկալվում է, որ WorldSkills Eurasia-ի նախագծերին կներգրավվեն ոչ միայն վերոնշյալ չորս պետությունները, այլ նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության, ԱՊՀ-ի և Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության շուրջ 12 երկիր:
