Արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման 3 քայլ

Արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղը եղել է եւ մնում է առողջապահության ոլորտի լրջագույն խնդիրներից մեկը ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Եվրոպայի երկրներում: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Եգոր Զայցեւը նշեց, որ անչափ դժվար է երկրում այս հիվանդության կանխարգելում իրականացնել՝ առանց ապացույցների վրա հիմնված լուրջ վերահսկողության եւ ինտերվենցիայի:

Արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի հաջող կանխարգելումը, ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով, պետք է ներառի 3 կարեւոր բաղադրիչ:

  1. Կանխարգելում: Խոսքը նույնպիսի կանխարգելման մասին է, որը պետք է անցկացվի սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցվող ինֆեկցիաների դեպքում:
  2. Մարդու պապիլոմայի վիրուսի (ՄՊՎ) դեմ իմունացում: Քանի որ հենց ՄՊՎ-ն է ավելի հաճախ արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի առաջացման պատճառը, այս վիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութը կօգնի կանխել հիվանդության շատ նոր դեպքերի առաջացումը:
  3. Սքրինինգային ծրագրեր: Հայաստանում 2015 թվականի սկզբից «Հիվանդությունների կանխարգելում եւ վերահսկողություն» ծրագրի շրջանակում, որն անցկացվում է Համաշխարհային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ, կատարվում են սքրինինգային հետազոտություններ դիաբետի, հիպերտոնիայի եւ արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի հայտնաբերման համար: 2 տարում անցկացվել է այդպիսի 910 հազարից ավելի հետազոտություն: Այս ընթացքում PAP թեստ (Papanicolaou test) են հանձնել 112 հազարից ավելի կանայք:

Սքրինինգային հետազոտությունները շատ կարեւոր են, քանի որ դրանց շնորհիվ հնարավոր է հիվանդությունը հայտնաբերել ամենավաղ փուլում, երբ բուժման արդյունավետությունն անչափ բարձր է:

«Եթե երկրում բոլոր 3 ինտերվենցիաները գործում են, արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի բեռը լրջորեն նվազում է: Այս 3 ուղղությունների միջոցով հնարավոր է շատ լուրջ արդյունքների հասնել»,- նշեց Եգոր Զայցեւը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Հայաստանում ՄՊՎ դեմ պատվաստանյութի ներդրումը կարեւոր եւ լավ նախաձեռնություն է: ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ այսօրվա դրությամբ այսպիսի պատվաստում են կատարում աշխարհի արդեն 70 երկրում, եւ արդյունքները հուսադրող են:
