Դավիթ Տոնոյանը խոստանում է երկու ամսվա ընթացքում լուծել «Նաիրիտ»-ի թունաքիմիկատների խնդիրը

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը չի կարող գնահատական տալ «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի հրդեհի պատճառների հետ կապված, սակայն չի բացառում մարդկային գործոնը:

Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողները հետաքրքրվեցին, թե արդյոք նույն գործարանում երեք անգամ բռնկված հրդեհը ռիսկերը հաշվարկելու և նման դեպքերը կանխարգելու առիթ չի տվել, ինչին ի պատասխան Տոնոյանն ասաց. «Անձամբ ես հաշվարկել եմ, ռիսկայնությունը հաշվարկված է, աշխատանքներն արդեն իսկ կատարվում էին մինչ այս դեպքը: Ե՛վ աշխատանքային խմբերն էին, և՛ փորձագետներ են հրավիրվել, բայց հիմա այդ գործընթացներն ավելի կարագանան»:

Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ՝ նախարարն ավելացրեց, որ այրված նյութն արտադրական թափոն է, կոնկրետ այդ տարաները անմիջական պահպանության տակ չեն եղել: 
Անդրադառնալով «Նաիրիտ»-ի պահպանության հարցին՝ նախարարը տեղեկացրեց, որ կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ ընդամենը 6 ամիս առաջ գումար է հատկացվել, որ գործարանի պահպանությունն իրականացվի «Նաիրիտ»-ի աշխատակիցների կողմից:

«ԱԻՆ-ը պահպանում չի իրականացնում այնտեղ, ոչ էլ անվտանգությունն է ապահովում, այս պահին անվտանգությունն ապահովում է գործարանի ներկայիս ադմինիստրացիան: Անմիջական վերահսկողություն ռեզերվալների նկատմամբ իրականացնել հնարավոր չէ: Դա պետք է արվի վիզուալ: Այնտեղ չենք կարող կանգնեցնել զենքով մարդկանց, որ մթնոլորտային բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պատճառով չտաքանա, գազերը չկուտակվեն և հրդեհավտանգ չլինի: Այդ տարաները, որոնց մեջ պահպանվում են թունաքիմիկատները, հին են: Դրա համար միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում, որպեսզի չեզոքացվի խնդիրը: Ես խոսք եմ տալիս, որ այս երկու ամսվա ընթացքում լուծումներ կտամ»,- նշեց Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:

Նախարարը տեղեկացրեց, որ ինքը գործարանի հենց հրդեհի օրը դիմել է միջազգային կառույցներին՝ փորձագետների տրամադրման հարցը լուծելու նպատակով: Նրա կարծիքով՝ այստեղ միայն գնահատականի խնդիրը չէ: «Այստեղ արդեն ծրագիր է պետք, թե ինչպես է դա իրականացվելու, ինչպես է պետք տեղափոխել, ոչնչացնել, սառեցնել: Այդ բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները կունենանք»,- ասաց նա:
