Ձեզ հարկավոր է մեկ բաժակ վարսակի հատիկներ (ոչ վարսակի փաթիլներ): Վարսակը լվանալ տաք ջրով, ավելացնել երկու ճաշի գդալ հապալասի չոր կամ թարմ մանրացրած տերև, երկու ճաշի գդալ կեչու տերև, վրան ավելացնել 3 լիտր ջուր: Մեկ օր թողնել՝ թրմվի սառը տեղում: Մեկ այլ կաթսայի մեջ լցնել մասուրի մանրացրած պտուղներ, մեկ լիտր ջուր և տաքացնել մինչև եռման աստիճան, այնուհետև ավելացնել երկու ճաշի գդալ ճնճղապաշարի խոտ և երկու ճաշի գդալ եգիպտացորենի մազիկներ: Խառնուրդը եռացնել 15 րոպե, թրմել 45 րոպե, քամել և խառնել նախորդ թուրմին:
