ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Արտակարգ իրավիճակների հարգելի՛ ծառայողներ և վետերաններ,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական տոնի՝ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Ձեզ է վստահված մեր երկրի տարածքում բնական և տեխնածին աղետները հնարավորինս կանխելու, տեղի ունենալու պարագայում՝ դրանց դեմ պայքարելու, հետևանքները կառավարելու, մեղմելու և վերացնելու կարևորագույն ոլորտը: Մեծ դերակատարություն է վերապահված նաև արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարարական ծառայությանը, մասնավորապես՝ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնին:

Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը համեմատաբար նոր կառույց է, որը միավորել է նորաստեղծ և նախկինում գոյություն ունեցած մի շարք ծառայություններ: ԱԻՆ-ին վստահվել է գործունեության բավականին լայն ասպարեզ: Այդուհանդերձ, ԱԻՆ աշխատողներն արժանապատվորեն են իրականացնում իրենց առաքելությունը:
Փրկարարական և արագ արձագանքման այլ ուժերի զարգացման առումով անհրաժեշտ է աշխատանքներ իրականացնել հատուկ և կարևորագույն օբյեկտների անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ: Այս աշխատանքներն ԱԻՆ-ը միայնակ իրականացնել չի կարող, ուստի անհրաժեշտ է ներդնել տարբեր պետական կառույցների և ծառայությունների գործողությունների համադրման արդյունավետ նոր մեխանիզմներ:

Արտակարգ իրավիճակները պետական սահմաններ չեն ճանաչում, ուստի դրանց դիմագրավելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային մակարդակի կայուն և գործընկերային կապեր: Ողջունում եմ ԱԻՆ-ի ներգրավումը միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցների շրջանակներում իրականացվող համատեղ ծրագրերում և միջոցառումներում: Նաև կարևորում եմ տարածաշրջանում աղետների հետևանքների վերացման գործողություններին արտակարգ իրավիճակների հայաստանցի մասնագետների մասնակցությունը:

Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում աշխատանքները ճիշտ կազմակերպելու համար անհրաժեշտ է նաև հաշվի առնել մեր երկրի բնական առանձնահատկությունները: Այդ առումով կարևորագույն անելիքներից մեկը պետք է լինի սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ծառայության համակարգի շարունակական բարեփոխումը, լրջագույն աշխատանքներ պետք է իրականացվեն սողանքային աղետների կառավարման ոլորտում։

ԱԻՆ-ը կարևորագույն դերակատարություն ունեցավ վերջին շրջանի արտակարգ պատահարներին՝ բռնկված հրդեհներին արձագանքելու միջոցառումները կազմակերպելու և համակարգելու գործում: Շատ կարևոր էր այն հանգամանքը, որ այս մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու համար արագ համադրվեցին մեր տրամադրության ներքո եղած պետական և անգամ մասնավոր գործիքները: Ծառայողական գործունեության այս մակարդակը վկայում է ԱԻՆ-ի ոչ միայն մասնագիտական ու գործառական, այլև բարոյահոգեբանական բարձր պատրաստվածության մասին:

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ, արտակարգ իրավիճակների հարգելի՛ աշխատողներ, մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ: Մաղթում եմ բոլորիդ քաջառողջություն, հաջողություններ և նոր ձեռքբերումներ՝ հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգության ու առաջընթացի»:
