ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից՝ ՀՀ կառավարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի համաֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող վարկային ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝ հայտարարվել են Վանաձորի ԲԿ-ի մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի համար բժշկական սարքավորումների և բժշկական կահույքի ձեռքբերման մրցույթներ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «2014թ. մեկնարկել է Վանաձորի նոր բժշկական կենտրոնի շինարարությունը։ Հիվանդանոցային մասնաշենքի կառուցման և տարածքի  բարեկարգման աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի ծրագրերի շրջանակում, իսկ ծննդատան կառուցումը` «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ։ Երկու մասնաշենքի գույքով կահավորումը և սարքավորումներով հագեցումն իրականացվում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից՝ ՀՀ կառավարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի համաֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող վարկային ծրագրի շրջանակներում։

Այս փուլում հայտարարվել են մրցույթներ Վանաձորի ԲԿ-ի մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի համար բժշկական սարքավորումների և բժշկական կահույքի ձեռքբերման նպատակով։

Մրցույթ  թիվ- CR4/NCB/B-G/017-17

Վանաձորի ԲԿ ՓԲԸ-ի մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի համար բժշկական սարքավորումներ և բժշկական կահույքի մրցույթին մասնակցելու հայտերը կարող են ներկայացվել մեկ կամ մի քանի պայմանագրերի համար, ինչպես նշված է մրցութային փաստաթղթերում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության «Առողջապահական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկը հրավիրում է մրցույթի իրավասու մասնակիցներին մրցութային առաջարկներ ներկայացնել  հետևյալ ապրանքները մատակարարելու համար՝

Լոտ 2-Բժշկական կահույք #CR4/NCB/B-G/017/2-17

  1. Մրցույթն իրականացվելու է «Ազգային մրցակցային գնման» (NCB) ընթացակարգին համապատասխան, ինչն ամրագրված է Համաշխարհային բանկի «ՎԶՄԲ վարկային և ՄԶԸ փոխառությունների շրջանակներում գնումների ուղեցույցով» (հունվար 2011թ., վերանայված` հուլիս 2014թ.):

Մրցույթը բաց է բոլոր հայտատուների  համար՝ Համաշխարհային բանկի համար ընդունելի երկրներից, ինչպես ամրագրված է  ուղեցույցում: Ի լրումն վերոնշյալի, խնդրում ենք ուշադրություն դարձնել 1.6 և 1.7 կետերի վրա, որով սահմանվում են Համաշխարհային բանկի քաղաքականությունը շահերի բախման մասով:

  1. Մրցութային փաստաթղթերի ամբողջական փաթեթը՝ հայերեն լեզվով, հասանելի է էլ-գնումների համակարգում /https://armeps.am/: Մրցութային փաստաթղթերի ամբողջական փաթեթը կարող է անվճար բեռնվել նաև www.gnumner.am(http://gnumner.am/am/category/129/1.html) կայքից:
  2. Հայտերը պետք է ներկայացվեն միայն էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ էլեկտրոնային գնումների Armeps (www.armeps.am կայքի) համակարգի միջոցով ամենաուշը 2017թ-ի հոկտեմբերի 02‑ին, ժամը 11:00-ին: Վերջնաժամկետը լրանալուց հետո ներկայացված հայտերը չեն ընդունվում Համակարգի կողմից։

 Բոլոր հայտերը պետք է ուղեկցվեն «Հայտի ապահովման հայտարարագրով»: Յուրաքանչյուր լոտի հայտը պետք է ուղեկցվի առանձին հայտի ապահովման հայտարարագրով:
