Ծխախոտից կախվածությունը շատ վտանգավոր է․ այն կարող է անգամ մահվան հանգեցնել։ Հատկանշական է, որ ծխախոտի ծուխը վնասակար է ոչ միայն այն ծխողի, այլ նաև նրա շրջապատի մարդկանց համար։

Հիշո՞մ եք այս երեխային, ում լուսանկարները տարիներ առաջ ողողել էին համացանցը, քանի որ նա 2 տարեկանից սկսած օրական 40 ծխախոտ էր ծխում։ Բոլորը քննադատում էին նրա ծնողներին՝ առանց իմանալու մանրամասն տվյալները։

Օրինակ՝ երբ Ինդոնեզիայի կառավարությունը տեղեկացավ ծխող երեխայի՝ Արդի Ռազիի մասին, միջոցներ ձեռնարկեց՝ կանխելու ծխախոտի՝ երեխաների կողմից սպառումը։

Արդին ուղարկվեց հատուկ հիվանդանոց՝ կախվածությունից ազատվելու և բուժվելու համար։ Սակայն տուն վերադառնալուց հետո էլ նրան պարբերաբար հոգեբաններ էին այցելում, ովքեր նրա մորը բացատրում էին, թե ինչպես իր որդուն շեղի, այլ բաներով զբաղեցնի, որպեսզի նա մոռանա ծխախոտի մասին։

Վերջապես Արդին հրաժարվեց ծխախոտից․ նա արդեն սովորել էր, թե ինչ պետք է ասի, եթե ինչ-որ մեկն իրեն ծխախոտ առաջարկի։ Սակայն նրա կախվածությունը ծխախոտից վերածվեց մեկ այլ բանի՝ ուտելիքի կախվածության։ Ընդմանենը 6 տարեկան հասակում նա այնքան գեր էր, որ նրա կյանքին վտանգ էր սպառնում։

Նրա ծնողները որոշեցին սննդաբան վարձել իրենց որդու համար, որպեսզի նա սովորեցնի, թե ինչպես ճիշտ սնվել։ Բարեբախտաբար, տղային հաջողվեց ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից, ինչպես նաև՝ բոլոր տեսակի կախվածություններից։ Ահա, թե այժմ ինչ տեսք ունի Արդի Ռազին՝ տղան, ով 2 տարեկան հասակում օրական 40 ծխախոտ էր ծխում։
