Սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուների համար ձեռք են բերվում առողջության ապահովագրության պայմանագրեր

Սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուների բժշկական օգնության տրամադրումը ՀՀ կառավարության  2017 թվականի  հուլիսի 27-ի  N 915–Ն որոշման համաձայն հոկտեմբերի 1-ից իրականացվելու է ապահովագրության միջոցով:

Այդ նպատակով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուների համար ձեռք է բերում առողջության ապահովագրության պայմանագիր:

Ապահովագրության պայմանագրեր կնքվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գործող այն ապահովագրական ընկերու­թյունների հետ, որոնք ունեն առողջության ապահովագրության դասով ապահովագրական գործունեություն իրականացնելու լիցենզիա և «Ֆինանսական համակարգի հաշտարարի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կնքել են սույն ծրագրի շրջանակում մատուցվող ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ ֆինանսական համակարգի հաշտարարի կողմից քննված պահանջներով կայացված որոշումները վիճարկելու իրավունքից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ՀՀ-ում գործող և առողջության ապահովագրության ծառայություններ մատուցող բոլոր 6 ապահովագրական ընկերությունները` ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ԻՆՇՈՒՐԱՆՍ, ԻՆԳՈ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ, ՆԱԻՐԻ ԻՆՇՈՒՐԱՆՍ, ՌԵՍՈ, ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ-ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ, ՍԻԼ ԻՆՇՈՒՐԱՆՍ, արդեն ծրագրին մասնակցելու հայտ են ներկայացրել: 

Սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուների բաշխումն ապահովագրական ընկերությունների միջև իրականացվելու է պատահականության սկզբունքով: Յուրաքանչյուր ապահովագրական ընկերության կողմից սպասարկվող շահառուների թիվը որոշվում է ապահովագրական ընկերությունների՝ վերջին 3 տարիների ընթացքում արձանագրած ցուցանիշների գնահատման վրա հիմնված բազմագործոն համակարգի միջոցով, որի մանրամասն նկարագիրը ներկայացված է ՀՀ կառավարության N 915–Ն որոշման մեջ:

Շահառուների ցանկի բաշխումից հետո ծրագրին մասնակցող ապահովագրական ընկերությունները յուրաքանչյուրն իր կողմից սպասարկվող շահառուներին ծանուցումներ կուղարկեն տրամադրվող բժշկական ծառայությունների ծավալի, ծառայություններից օգտվելու կարգի, շահառուի իրավունքների և պարտավորությունների վերաբերյալ: առողջապահական փաթեթի հասանելիության ապահովման նպատակով ստեղծված այդ ծանուցումները կուղարկվեն էլեկտրոնային շտեմարանում գրանցված շահառուների էլեկտրոնային փոստերին:

Հոկտեմբերի 1-ից գործարկվող նոր համակարգի վերաբերյալ շահառուներին ծանուցումներ կուղարկի նաև առողջապահության նախարարությունը:
