Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համաժողովում քննարկվել է ՀՀ ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի և սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի զարգացումը

Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համահայկական 6-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակում սեպտեմբերի 19-ին կայացել է «ՀՀ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների պայմաններում» թեմատիկ ուղղության չորրորդ նիստը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, «Ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիր. արդիականացման, համագործակցության և տնտեսական առաջընթացի խթանում» խորագրով նիստի բանախոսներն անդրադարձել են հայկական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի զարգացման հնարավորություններին, մասնավորապես՝ գիտահետազոտական և տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտում առաջխաղացման հեռանկարային ծրագրերին և գաղափարներին, Հայաստանում և միջազգային ասպարեզում առկա ներուժի և ռեսուրսների նպատակային օգտագործման հիմնական խնդիրներին:

Քննարկմանը ելույթներ են ունեցել շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների և կառույցների, Հայաստանում և արտերկրում գործող գիտահետազոտական և վերլուծական մի շարք կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ովքեր զեկույցներ և առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել՝ կապված պաշտպանական ոլորտում նոր ներդրումների, Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի տեխնոլոգիական ներուժի ներգրավման և օգտագործման, գիտահետազոտական և փորձնակոնստրուկտորական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ռազմարդյունաբերության արտահանման ներուժի զարգացման հետ:

Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համահայկական 6-րդ համաժողովի «ՀՀ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների պայմաններում» թեմատիկ ուղղության մյուս նիստի  թեման էր «Սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի կայուն զարգացում և հուսալի պաշտպանություն»-ը։ Բանախոսներն անդրադարձել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի նախագահությամբ գործող, սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի խնդիրները համակարգող հանձնաժողովի իրականացրած գործունեությանն ու առաջիկա նախաձեռնություններին, ընդգծել են արձանագրված խնդիրները կոնկրետ և հետևողական քայլերի միջոցով հնարավորինս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում լուծելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Քննարկմանը ելույթներ են ունեցել շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ու կառույցների, ՀՀ և Արցախի սահմանամերձ համայնքներում զարգացման և բարեգործական ծրագրեր իրականացրած համահայկական միությունների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիրները, ովքեր անդրադարձել են սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի պաշտպանունակության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ իրականացված համալիր քայլերին, զարգացման ծրագրերին և նախաձեռնություններին:
