 Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը տարօրինակ և անհասկանալի է որակել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի՝ դատական կարգով Համառուսաստանյան ադրբեջանական կոնգրեսի լուծարման թեմայով հայտարարությունը: «Ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար պարոն Հաջիևի նոր հայտարարությանը՝ դատական կարգով Համառուսաստանյան ադրբեջանական կոնգրեսի լուծարման թեմայով, ինչի պատճառն, ինչպես հայտնի է, եղել են այդ համառուսաստանյան հասարակական կազմակերպության դաշնային օրենսդրության բազմաթիվ խախտումները:

Այդ հարցի հետ կապված համապարփակ պարզաբանումներ մենք արդեն տվել ենք: Սակայն պարոն Հաջիևը շարունակում է ներկայացնել մեր տեսանկյունից տարօրինակ միտքը, որ ռուսական դատարանի որոշումը հենց ռուսական հասարակական կազմակերպության նկատմամբ ոչ միայն հանդիսանում է որոշակի «անբարեխիղճ քայլ» Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, այլ նաև կարող է ինչ-որ կերպ դժվարացնել Ռուսաստանի միջնորդական առաքելությունը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հարցում: Ոչինչ, բացի աճող անհասկանալիությունը, մեզ մոտ դա չի առաջացնում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, նշված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի հայտարարության մեջ:

Դրանում նաև ասված է. «Կարծես անօգուտ չի լինի կրկնել հետևյալը. Ռուսաստանը բազմազգ ժողովրդավար պետություն է, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրի իրավունքն ապահովվում է և պաշտպանվում անկախ նրա ազգությունից: Մեզ մոտ ստեղծված են բոլոր պայմանները՝ ինքնակազմակերպման և մշակութային-ազգային հասարակական կազմակերպությունների լիարժեք գործունեության համար, որոնց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը բարեխղճորեն հետևում են ռուսական օրենքներին: Ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների շահերը հաջողությամբ ներկայացնում են ավելի քան 260 ոչ կոմերցիոն կազմակերպություններ, այդ թվում 4-ը՝ դաշնային մակարդակով»:

Հիշատակելով համագործակցության ներկայիս մակարդակը՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն ակնարկել  է, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի մտացածին քայլերը ստվերում են երկկողմ հարաբերությունները:
