Այս դիետայի հիմնական կանոնն է` որքան հնարավոր է խմել շատ հեղուկներ` կանաչ թեյ, խոտաբույսերի եփուկներ, իհարկե, առանց շաքարի:
Նախաճաշ. – 1 խնձորը քերել, խառնել 1 բաժակ անյուղ բիոյուգուրտի հետ և 1 ճաշի գդալ վարսակաձավարի փաթիլների հետ:
Երկրորդ նախաճաշ. – Կանաչ տեսակի, բայց ոչ թթու խնձորներ:
Ճաշ – 2 խնձորը կտրտել մանր կտորներով և խառնել հազարի հետ: Ավելացնել 1 բաժակ անյուղ յոգուրտ, 1 թեյի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ, 1 թեյի գդալ խնձորի քացախ և 1 թեյի գդալ ջուր: Կարելի է ավելացնել մանր կտրտած կանաչիներ:

Ընթրիք – Խնձորը կտրտել, ցողել կիտրոնի յուղով և ուտել 150 գրամ անյուղ պանրով:
