Ճանապարհային անվտանգության նպատակով ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանին կհատկացնի 5 մլն դոլարի դրամաշնորհ

Պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով իրականացվող ավտոճանապարհների հիմնանորոգման ծրագրերի որակը բարելավելու նպատակով ճանապարհաշինության պայմանագրերում սահմանվող 1-2 տարի երաշխիքային ժամկետն այսուհետ դառնալու է 5 տարի: Այդ մասին հրավիրված ասուլիսում հայտարարեց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը՝ներկայացնելով մեկ տարվա գործունեության արդյունքները:

«Դա ստիպում է ընկերություններին կատարել առավելագույնս որակյալ աշխատանք և հետագա սպասարկում: Կարևորում ենք նաև ձմեռային ժամանակահատվածում ավտոճանապարհների սպասարկումը: Անցած տարվա ձյունաշատ ձմեռը ցույց տվեց, որ կան բարդություններ, բայց մենք հաջողությամբ կատարեցինք մեր խնդիրը, գործնականում փակ ճանապարհներ չունեցանք: Ներդրվել է ճանապարհների մաքրման առցանց համակարգ, որով կարողանում ենք հսկողություն սահմանել տեխնիկայի աշխատանքային ռեժիմի վրա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նախարարը:

Սեպտեմբերին լայն թափով, բարձր որակով սկսվել է Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի հատվածում 28 կմ ասֆալտապատումը: Արդեն ավարտվել են 18 կմ երկարությամբ աշխատանքները: Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը վստահեցրեց, որ հոկտեմբերի առաջին տասնօրյակում աշխատանքները կավարտվեն: Նախարարը նշեց, որ նշված ժամանակահատվածում գույքագրել են միջպետական և հանրապետական նշանակության ճանապարհները: Սպասարկվող 3,5 հազար կմ ճանապարհի կեսն արդեն թվայնացվել է, աշխատանքները շարունակվում են: Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն այս քայլը կարևորում է ճանապարհների սպասարկման, հետագա վերանորոգման ժամանակացույցի, անվտանգության համակարգերի տեղադրման տեսանկյունից:

«Ճանապարհային անվտանգությունը համարում ենք առաջնահերթ խնդիր: Մասնավորի հաշվին Երևան-Սևան-Դիլիջան հատվածում տեղադրվել են ճանապարհային նոր նշաններ, ցուցանակներ, որոնք համապատասխանում են միջազգային չափանիշներին: Հավելյալ տեղադրվել է նաև 8,5 հազար մետր արգելափակոց: ԵՄ-ի հետ աշխատանքի արդյունքում ստանալու ենք 5 մլն դոլարի դրամաշնորհ, որը ևս ուղղվելու է ճանապարհային անվտանգությանը»,- ասաց Տրանսպորտի նախարարը:

Ըստ նրա, ավտոճանապարհների և ճանապարհամերձ հատվածների մաքրությունն ապահովելու նպատակով ավտոճանապարհներին տեղադրվել են «Աղբ չթափել» մակագրությամբ սոցիալական գովազդային վահանակներ: Ըստ նախարարի, ճանապարհներին աղբ թափելու դեպքերը դրա արդյունքում կրճատվել են 50 տոկոսով:
