Պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կառապանին ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցներով հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության ավագ օպերլիազոր Գոռ Սարոյանը ծեծի է ենթարկել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ Սամվել Մուրադյանին և Աշոտ Գրիգորյանին, որի հետևանքով վերջինս մարմնական վնասվածք է ստացել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Այսպես, 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին` ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ավագ օպերլիազոր Գոռ Սարոյանը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, մոտեցել է Գյումրի քաղաքի Վարդանանց հրապարակում որպես կառապան աշխատող Սամվել Մուրադյանին և պահանջել թույլ տալ ինքնուրույն վարել նրան պատկանող` ձիերով լծված կառքը: Կառապանից մերժում ստանալով` ոստիկանը բռնություն է գործադրել վերջինիս նկատմամբ` ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածելով նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին: Այդ ընթացքում նրանց է մոտեցել քաղաքի նշված հատվածում զբոսնող Աշոտ Գրիգորյանը, ով միջամտել և փորձել է հանդարտեցնել ոստիկանին, սակայն վերջինս ծեծի է ենթարկել նաև հիշյալ քաղաքացուն, ավելին` հետապնդել է ծեծից խուսափելու նպատակով փախչող Ա. Գրիգորյանին և կրկին ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս, որի հետևանքով նրան մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել կրծքավանդակի շրջանում:

Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ավագ օպերլիազոր Գոռ Սարոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:               

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
