Հայաստանում հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումների թիվը կրճատվել է

 Հայաստանում վերջին տասը տարվա ընթացքում չի գրանցվել մայրական մահվան որևէ դեպք` կապված հղիության արհեստական ընդհատման հետ: Վերջին 15 տարվա ընթացքում հաջողվել է հատկապես երկրորդային անպտղության ցուցանիշը կրճատել, իսկ հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումների թիվը նվազել է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ մասին սեպտեմբերի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց ՀՀառողջապահության նախարարության մայրական և վերարտադրողականառողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետ Գայանե Ավագյանը: Սեպտեմբերի 28-ը Անվտանգ և օրինական աբորտների ընդունման միջազգային օրն է: 

«Վերջին տարիներին հղիության արհեստական ընդհատում իրականացնող կանայք հաճախ են դիմում բժշկական օգնության: Եթե տասը տարի առաջ բժշկական ցուցումներով ընդհատումները տարվա կտրվածքով 300-400-ն էին, ապա վերջին տարիներին այդ թիվը տարեկան 1500-1700-ի է հասնում»,-ասաց Ավագյանը և հավելեց, որ աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներում հղիության արհեստական ընդհատման երևույթ կա: Հայաստանը վարում է քաղաքականություն, որն ուղղված է հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումների կրճատմանը, հղիության ընդհատման ժամանակ կնոջ անվտանգությունն ապահովմանն ու հետագա բարդությունների կանխարգելմանը:

Ավագյանի խոսքով` անցյալ տարի լրացում է կատարվել «Մարդու վերարտադրողական առողջություն և վերարտադրողական իրավունքներ օրենքում»: Տասներորդ հոդվածում ասվում է, որ  մինչև պտղի տասներկու շաբաթական ժամկետը ցանկացած կին իրավունք ունի ընդհատել հղիությունը: Ավելացվել է սպասման ժամանակահատվածը: «Երբ կինը բժշկի է դիմում արհեստական ընդհատման համար, նրան տրվում է առնվազն երեք օր, որպեսզի ևս մեկ անգամ մտածի իր որոշման շուրջ: Դա բավականին արդյունավետ է, քանի որ շատերն այդ երեք օրվա ընթացքում խորհրդակցում են նաև բժիշկների հետ և հաճախ ետ կանգնում իրենց որոշումից»,-ընդգծեց բաժնի պետը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ այսօր ոչ միայն վիճակագրությունն է փաստում այն, որ Հայաստանում նվազել են հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումները, այլև ժողովրդագրական առողջապահական ներկայացուցչական հետազոտության տվյալները:

«2015 թվականին հարցման է ենթարկվել 6116 կին, և հարցումները ցույց են տվել, որ  եթե 2000-ին մեկ կնոջն ընկնող աբորտների գումարային գործակիցը կազմել է 2.6, ապա 2005 թվականին՝ 1.8,  2010-ին՝ 0.8, իսկ 2015-ին` 0.6»,-նշեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով մարզերին` Ավագյանը փաստեց, որ այնտեղ հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումների նվազման միտում կա: Աբորտները շատ են Գեղարքունիքի, Արագածոտնի, Արարատի մարզերում, իսկ Տավուշի, Լոռու և Սյունիքի մարզերում` քիչ:

«Հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումը կարող է նաև ինքնաբեր լինել, երբ կինը երազում է երեխա ունենալ, բայց ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով հղիությունն ընդհատվում է: Մինչև 2015 թվականը տարեկան Հայաստանում հղիության ինքնաբեր ընդհատման 4500 դեպք է արձանագրվել: Սակայն հսկողության, նոր մեթոդների շնորհիվ այսօր ինքնաբեր վիժումների թիվը տատանվում է 2500-2800-ի միջակայքում»,-եզրափակեց Գայանե Ավագյանը:
