ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝  մարդու մահվան պատճառ դարձած՝ Հերացի փողոցի թունելի մոտ տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին՝ ժամը 06.30-ի սահմաններում,  Երևան քաղաքի Մ.Հերացի փողոցի թունելի սկզբնամասում Արմեն Արշակյանի վարած «Վոլվո» մակնիշի` «կռոն» կիսակցորդով ավտոմեքենան ընդհարվել է «Ֆորդ-Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, ապա «Մերսեդես-Բենց Ե-200» մակնիշի  ավտոմեքենային, այնուհետև ընդհարվել է թունելի եզրակալներին և կողաշրջվել։ Վթարի հետևանքով ստացած վնասվածքներից  վարորդ Ա.Արշակյանը տեղում մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

Նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության քննիչի կողմից կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի և վթարի մասնակից ավտոմեքենաների զննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ վթարի պատճառները և դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Դեպքի վայրի զննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ «Վոլվո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի կիսակցորդը բեռնված է եղել սննդով և վթարի հետևանքով պարկերը թափվել են տվյալ ճանապարհահատվածի երթևեկելի մասում, դրա շրջակայքում:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում քննության առարկա են դարձել նաև դեպքի վերաբերյալ համացանցում առկա տեսանյութերը, որոնց համաձայն՝ մի կին դեպքի վայրից վերցրել է թափված մակարոնի պարկերից մեկը և անարգել հեռացել, իսկ դեպքի վայրում գտնվող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները որևէ գործողություն չեն ձեռնարկել՝ նշված կնոջ գործողությունները կանխելու,  դեպքի վայրի պահպանությունը պատշաճ ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։  Այսօր միջնորդագիր է ուղարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետին՝ խնդրելով միջոցներ ձեռնարկել նկարագրված դեպքով ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրենց պարտականությունները պատշաճ չկատարելու պատճառները պարզելու և խախտումներ թույլ տված ծառայողներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ»:
