«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. ««Վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած մի քանի իրադարձություններ հուշում էին, որ Բաքուն հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում դարձյալ գնալու է սրման: Ադրբեջանական բանակի գովազդվող լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժությունները պատերազմի մեսիջ էին, որին ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից քաղաքական շանտաժի ձևակերպում տվեց Իլհամ Ալիևը: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի սպառնալիքը հասցեագրված էր միջազգային հանրությանը, որ եթե վերջինս չբավարարի Բաքվի պահանջները, ապա անցած տարվա Ապրիլյան պատերազմը կարող է կրկնվել:

Ալիևի ելույթը չարժանացավ համարժեք միջազգային պատասխանի, ավելին` Նալբանդյան-Մամեդյարով հանդիպումից հետո համանախագահները հանդես եկան հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ որևէ խոսք չկար Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունների մասին: Այս հանգամանքն անուղղակի խրախուսում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը, նույնիսկ Բաքվի կողմից կարող է ընկալվել որպես նոր պատերազմ սանձազերծելու միջազգային քարտ-բլանշ: Համանախագահների հայտարարությունը, սակայն, ուներ ավելի խորքային ենթատեքստ: Շփման գծում հետաքննության մեխանիզմների տեղակայման պահանջով հանդես էր գալիս ԱՄՆ-ը և, եթե այս հարցը դուրս է եկել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության օրակարգից, ապա կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ Վաշինգտոնը մեր տարածաշրջանի ու ԼՂ հակամարտության կառավարումը հանձնել է Մոսկվային: Բոլոր հիմքերն ունենք ենթադրելու, որ նաև Վաշինգտոնի նոր քաղաքականության հետևանքով ստեղծված վիճակն են այսօր Անկարայում քննարկում Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը և Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:

Մյուս կողմից` Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Նուրեթին Ջանիքլին Բաքու այսօր կատարած այցի շրջանակում կատարել է մի քանի ամբարտավան հայտարարություններ: «Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան եղբայրական պետություններ են: Մենք միմյանց կարիքն ունենք: Ադրբեջանցի ժողովրդի ցանկությունը մեզ համար հրաման է, և մենք անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում»,- հայտարարել է թուրք նախարարը:

Ահա տարածաշրջանային այս համատեքստում, երբ ԱՄՆ-ի, ըստ էության, բացակայությունը նոր աշխուժություն է առաջացրել Մոսկվա-Անկարա-Բաքու առանցքում, հայկական զինուժը սահմանագծին ունենում է մարդկային հերթական կորուստը»:
