Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունեց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության պատվիրակությանը: Պատվիրակության անդամ ՌԴ ԱԻՆ միջազգային գործունեության վարչության տնօրենի տեղակալ Ալեքսեյ Ավդեևը ՌԴ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի անունից ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարին ներկայացրեց  Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ռուսական կողմից նորանշանակ համատնօրեն Յուրի Պոլեշչուկին և համատնօրենի տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Իզվարինին:

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ից, կողմերը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստեցին մարդասիրական արձագանքման ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության խորացման գործընթացի շարունակականությունն ապահովելու պատրաստակամությունը: Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնը պարբերաբար վերազինվում և արդիականցվում է փրկարարական գույքով և տեխնիկայով, առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է կենտրոնի համալրումը 37 անուն սարքավորումներով, ինչպես նաև՝ պարբերաբար իրականցվում են փրկարար ծառայողների վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ և փորձի փոխանակում: Լինելով միակը Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում՝ կենտրոնը կարող է մեծ դերակատարում ունենալ տարածաշրջանում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման և աղետներին արաջ արձագանքման գործընթացում:  

Անդրադառնալով լեռնային բարդ ռելիեֆ ունեցող գոտիներում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների ժամանակ ռուսական շիջող տեխնիկայի աշխատանքային բարձր արդյունավետությանը  ԱԻ նախարարը նշեց նաև Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի հենքի վրա ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ում հումանիտար ավիացիոն բաղադրիչի զարգացման հեռանկարների մասին. մասնավորապես քննարկվեց թիրախային հրդեհաշիջում իրականացնող ինքնաթիռների կիրառումը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին նախարարը երկար տարիների անբասիր ծառայության համար շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ռուսական կողմից նախկին համատնօրեն, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սերգեյ Ազարյանին՝ մաղթելով գործընկերներին համատեղ բեղմանվոր աշխատանք:

Նշենք, որ Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ռուսական կողմից նորանշանակ համատնօրեն Յուրի Պոլեշչուկը ՌԴ ԱԻՆ-ում աշխատում է 1993թ.-ից, միջազգային որակավարում ունեցող փրկարար է, երկար տարիներ ՌԴ-ում ղեկավարել է  բազմաթիվ փրկարարական ջոկատներ և կենտրոններ, անբասաիր ծառայության համար արժանացել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մի շարք պետական պարգևների:
