Ազգային ժողովը վավերացրեց հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորախումբ ստեղծելու մասին համաձայնագիրը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին հարցին կողմ քվեարկեցին 87, դեմ՝ 7 պատգամավոր:

Միացյալ զորքերի կազմը որոշում են լիազոր մարմինները, որոնք, ըստ համաձայնագրի, երկու երկրների պաշտպանության նախարարություններն են: Լիազորված մարմինները ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակի համապատասխան վերլուծության և համաձայնեցված եզրահանգումների հիման վրա, հաշվի առնելով հնարավոր սպառնալիքների ուղղվածությունը և զորքերի կիրառման ընդհանուր մտահաղացումը, տալիս են իրավիճակի գնահատականը:

Լիազորված մարմինները մշակում, համաձայնեցնում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերի գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարների հաստատմանն են ներկայացնում միացյալ խմբավորման կիրառման պլանավորման առաջարկությունները, փաստաթղթերի ցանկը և բովանդակությունը, դրանց մշակման և գործունեության մեջ դնելու կարգը: Միացյալ խմբավորման կիրառման համատեղ պլանավորում իրականացվում է նախապես՝ խաղաղ պայմաններում երկու երկրների զինված ուժերի գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարների հաստատած ընդհանուր մտահղացմանը համապատասխան:

Միացյալ խմբավորման հրամանատարին նշանակում և ազատում է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարը՝ համաձայնեցնելով ՌԴ ԶՈՒ գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարի հետ: «Խաղաղ պայմաններում խմբավորման հրամանատարը ենթարկվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետին, ագրեսիայի անմիջական սպառնալիքի և պատերազմի ժամանակաշրջանում՝ Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետին կամ կողմերի զինված ուժերի գերագույն-գլխավոր հրամանատարների որոշմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության  Հարավային ռազմական օկրուգի հրամանատարին:

Ռուսաստանը 2017 թ. հուլիսին վավերացրել է համաձայնագիրը և ավարտել ներպետական գործընթացները:
