ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարարը ՄԱԿ-ի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել Ադրբեջանից գաղթած հայ փախստականների խնդրին

 Ժնևում հոկտեմբերի 2-6-ը ընթանում է ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով Բարձր հանձնակատարի ծրագրի Գործադիր կոմիտեի 68-րդ նստաշրջանը, որին մասնակցում է ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը՝ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանի գլխավորությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Նստաշրջանին բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով Բարձր հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպո Գրանդին։

ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանն իր ելույթում վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի աջակցությունը փախստականների և միգրանտների մեծ տեղաշարժերի հարցերին նվիրված Նյու Յորքի հայտարարությանը, անդրադարձավ փախստականներին առնչվող գլոբալ մարտահրավերներին` ընդգծելով ՀՀ պատրաստակամությունը շարունակելու արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը Բարձր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի հետ` տեղահանված անձանց կարիքները հոգալու և փախստականներին ու ապաստան հայցողներին անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու հարցում։

ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալն անդրադարձավ Ադրբեջանից գաղթած հայ փախստականների խնդրին, ովքեր Ադրբեջանի վարած էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականության հետևանքով ստիպված էին լքել իրենց տները՝ դառնալով փախստականներ։ Նախարարի տեղակալը դատապարտեց նաև նախորդ տարվա ապրիլի սկզբին Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան, որն ուղեկցվեց միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումներով:

Աշոտ Հովակիմյանն անդրադարձ կատարեց նաև Սիրիայից փախստականների խնդրին` նշելով, որ Հայաստանը, ապաստան տրամադրելով շուրջ 22 հազար փախստականների, բնակչության թվի հարաբերակցությամբ երրորդն է Եվրոպայում` Սիրիայից փախստականներ ընդունող երկրների շարքում: Փախստականների ընդունման և ինտեգրման հարցում ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը բարձր գնահատեց Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ փախստականների հարցերով Բարձր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի և ՀՀ իշխանությունների սերտ համագործակցությունը։

ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ, ի լրումն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ջանքերի, անհրաժեշտ է միջազգային հանրության և դոնոր կազմակերպությունների աջակցությունը։ 

Արձագանքելով ՀՀ պատվիրակության ելույթին՝ Բարձր հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպո Գրանդին երախտագիտություն հայտնեց Սիրիայից մեծ թվով փախստականներ ընդունելու համար:

ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ ՄԱԿ Եվրոպայի տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նորանշանակ գործադիր քարտուղար Օլգա Ալգաերովայի հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում երկուստեք գոհունակությամբ արձանագրվեց Հայաստանի և ՄԱԿ Եվրոպայի տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի միջև կայուն համագործակցության մակարդակը և մի շարք ծրագրերի հաջող ընթացքը։ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանն ակտիվ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում երկրի զարգացման հետագա ընթացքը Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների օրակարգին համապատասխանեցնելու հարցում։

Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ նաև ՄԱԿ փախստականների հարցերով Բարձր հանձնակատարի՝ Գործողությունների հարցերով տեղակալ Ջորջ Վիլյամ Օկոթ-Օբբոյի հետ, որի հետ քննարկվեցին Հայաստանի կողմից փախստականների ընդունման և երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական կյանքում նրանց ինտեգրմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր։
