«Դոկտորանտուրա» գիրքը կնպաստի Հայաստանում բարձրագույն կրթության երրորդ աստիճանի արժևորմանը

«Դոկտորանտուրա. բարձրագույն կրթության երրորդ աստիճանի կազմակերպման հիմունքներ» գիրքը կնպաստի կրթության երրորդ աստիճանի արժևորմանը Հայաստանում: Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին գրքի շնորհանդեսին այս տեսակետը հայտնեցին գրքի հեղինակներ Սերգո Երիցյանը, Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը և Արմեն Ճուղուրյանը:

«Դոկտորանտուրան նպաստում է գիտության զարգացմանը: Այս գրքում ներկայացրել ենք պատճառները, թե ինչու պետք է ուսանել դոկտորանտուրայում: Գիրքը գրելու համար ևս եղել են մի շարք պատճառներ: Նախ` ՀՀ կառավարության գերակա ուղղություններից են հռչակվել գիտական աստիճանաշնորհման համակարգում բարեփոխումները: Մյուս կարևոր հանգամանքը Բոլոնիայի գործընթացն է, որով նշվում է, որ բարձրագույն կրթությունը պետք է ունենա երեք աստիճան՝ բակալավրիատ, մագիստրատուրա և դոկտորանտուրա»,-ասաց Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ միջազգային ծրագրերի շարժունակությունը, դիպլոմների փոխճանաչումը ևս գիրքը գրելու նպաստավոր գործոններից է: Դոկտորական աստիճանը պետք է ամրագրվի այստեղ, ինչպես եվրոպական տարբեր երկրներում: Մագիստրոսի աստիճան ստացածների համար նման ձեռնարկի առկայությունն իսկապես անհրաժեշտ է՝ պատասխանելու որոշակի հարցերի:

Գրքում կարելի է ծանոթանալ դոկտորանտուրայի պատմությանը, գիտական աստիճանաշնորհման ներկայիս համակարգին ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ շատ այլ երկրներում, նաև օրենսդրական կարգավորմանը: Ձեռնարկը կօգնի նաև ասպիրանտներին ճշգրիտ կերպով գրել և ձևավորել ատենախոսություն և սեղմագիր:

«Փորձ ենք արել ներկայացնելու դոկտորնատուրայի անատոմիան իր թիրախային հարցադրումներով»,-նշեց Արմեն Ճուղուրյանը:

Սերգո Երիցյանի խոսքով՝ գրքերից նվիրելու են Հայաստանի բոլոր այն բուհերի գրադարաններին, որոնք հետաքրքրված են դրանով: «Որպես կրթության և գիտության նախկին նախարար ինձ համար շատ մտահոգիչ էր, որ կրթության երրորդ աստիճանը մեզ մոտ որոշ առումով բաց էր: Այս դաշտում խնդիրներ կան: Դոկտորական աստիճանում փոփոխությունները պետք է լինեն աստիճանաբար»,-ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ գիրքը գրելու պատճառներից մեկն էլ սա է եղել:

Գիրքը հրատարակման է ներկայացվել ՀՊՄՀ-ի գիտական խորհրդի որոշմամբ: Այն Կրթության և գիտության նախարարի հրամանով երաշխավորվել է որպես ուսումնամեթոդական ձեռնարկ:
