Հարավային Կորեա Է ժամանել ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմածովային ուժերի «Թուսոն» բազմանպատակային ատոմային սուզանավը: Այդ մասին հոկտեմբերի 11-ին հայտնել Է «Ռյոնհապ» հարավկորեական գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով ԱՄՆ-ի զինված ուժերի խաղաղօվկիանոսյան հրամանատարությանը:

Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ «Լոս Անջելես» տիպի այս ատոմային սուզանավը հոկտեմբերի 7-ին մտել Է Հարավային Կորայի հարավ-արեւելքում գտնվող Չինհեգու քաղաքի նավահանգիստ: Նախօրյակին The Chosun Ilbo կորեական հրատարակությունը հայտնել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմածովային ուժերը Կորեական թերակղզու ափեր են ուղարկում «Միչիգան» ատոմային սուզանավը, որը, ինչպես նշվում Է, կմասնակցի Հարավային Կորայի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի՝ հաջորդ շաբաթ պլանավորված համատեղ վարժանքներին:

Սուզանավը կարող Է կրել մինչեւ 154 Tomahawk թեւավոր հրթիռներ, այդ թվում՝ միջուկային մարտագլխիկներով: Մոտ ժամանակներս Կորեական թերակղզու շրջանում վերստին կծավալվի ԱՄՆ-ի ՌԾՈւ-ի հարվածային խմբավորումը՝ Ronald Reagan ատոմային ավիակրի գլխավորությամբ: Դրա կազմում ներառված են հածանավ եւ Էսկադրային ականակիրներ՝ թեւավոր հրթիռներով: Michigan-ի ներուժի զուգորդմամբ այս ամենը Tomahawk հրթիռների այնպիսի քանակությամբ համազարկի հնարավորություն Է տալիս, որը թույլ կտա հզոր հարված հասցնել ԿԺԴՀ-ին:
