ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցների կողմից հեղուկ վառելիքի հափշտակությունների պատճառները վերացնելու միջնորդագիր է ներկայացվել

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարք (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ կատարված խոշոր չափի գողությունը) կատարելու համար Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 21-ի դատավճռով մեղավոր են ճանաչվել ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության Գուգարքի տարածաշրջանային մաքսատան Այրում-Ջիլիզա բաժանմունքի մասնագետ Գ.Փ-ն, Այրում-Ջիլիզա մաքսակետի կշեռքավարներ Ս.Ա-ն, Ռ.Ղ-ն և Ա.Ս-ն:

ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ վերոնշյալ անձինք նախնական համաձայնության են եկել նշված մաքսակետով երկաթուղով ՀՀ ներմուծվող հեղուկ վառելիքի շարժակազմերից հափշտակություններ կատարելու շուրջ և 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերից մինչև 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 26-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում երկաթուղով ՀՀ ներմուծվող հեղուկ վառելիքի շարժակազմերից վառելիքի չափագրման և վագոնների կապարակնքման ընթացքում պարբերաբար հափշտակել տարբեր քանակության հեղուկ վառելիք, որի մի մասը՝ 495լ բենզինը, հայտնաբերվել էր ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից կատարված զննությունների արդյունքում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազությունից, նման դրսևորումները հետագայում բացառելու, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ներմուծվող հեղուկ վառելիքի շարժակազմերը հնարավոր հանցավոր ոտնձգություններից զերծ պահելու նպատակով   ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 200-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված կարգով միջնորդագիր է ներկայացվել ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահին` քրեական գործով վեր հանված նմանօրինակ իրավախախտումները ծնող պատճառները, պայմանները վեր հանելու և վերացնելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով:
